Narada Resort & Spa，Shoukai, Fuzhou.

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

酒店離福州南站很近，附近就有地鐵也方便。偏安靜，空氣好，設備新。前台Suki服務好，值得表揚，有什麼需求電話打給前台，都會盡量滿足，房間衞生乾淨整潔一塵不染，下次出差還選擇這裏[強][強][強][強]

服務非常好，會主動協助我們的需要，滿分10分，我要給他們11分。 我們三晚都轉成室內私人湯屋房，很棒的房間，十分享受。 離螺洲溫泉地鐵站A出口步行1分鐘，附近有個螺洲古鎮可以走走，最好早上去，因為景點都在早上開。 飯店的早餐及餐廳都非常優質，值得推薦大家在那裡用餐。 飯店周圍的步道設計得很不錯，有空推薦大家散散步。

客房環境非常舒適，衞生也做得很好。設施齊全，Suki服務更是貼心。還有健身房和游泳池，非常棒！ 客房寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔，配備了高品質的洗浴用品。房間內設施齊全，包括空調、電視、迷你吧等，滿足了各種需求。服務人員Suki態度友好，細心周到，無論是辦理入住還是日常需求，都能迅速響應。健身房設備齊全，可以滿足不同健身需求。游泳池水質清澈透明，環境優美，讓人完全放鬆身心。此外，酒店還提供了豐富的休閑娛樂設施，如SPA等，讓度假生活更加豐富多彩。酒店的地理位置優越，周邊風景秀麗，是休閑度假的理想選擇。總之，這家酒店無疑是一次難忘的體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

不得不誇這家酒店！環境衞生堪稱一流，走廊明亮乾淨，房間打掃得細緻入微，空氣清新宜人。設施設備完善，網絡信號穩定，洗浴用品品質上乘。而小盧的服務更是讓我印象深刻，她那燦爛的笑容和專業的態度從一開始就感染了我。無論是幫忙搬運行李，還是協助調試房間設施，小盧都做得盡善盡美。她還會主動詢問我的住宿感受，及時給予關懷和幫助。因為小盧，這家酒店在我心中脱穎而出，強烈推薦給大家！
