Overall the room is big and nice, but the building is dirty and not being well maontain. Location is good and room is big with washer and electric strove.

My Airbnb experience was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the cozy, well-lit living room and the fully equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to local cafes and attractions. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and local guidebooks, really made a difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay!

The room is spacious. There is no receptionist, despite the info on their page that they have 24 hours reception. And no email informing how to check in. We know our way because the taxi driver dropped us off at the Pullman hotel next to it 🤣, and the reception told us that there is no receptionist in this place that we are staying, that we may have to go to 8th floor and ask somebody there. We went to 8th floor, and there is a storage room with people eating inside, and I just asked who manage this room that we booked through the app. It seems that the locals are familiar with this practice, because we saw many locals staying there. ✅ There are many eateries downstairs. Literally behind a bus stop. MRT is also walkable through small garden. Washing machine + liquid detergent + drying rack. ⛔ No receptionist nor information on how to check Better contact them before arrival. Better bring your own towel, because the disposable towel provided doesn't feel like towel.

帶媽媽為期一個月的旅行，所以住宿的地方儘量節省，訂了這家民宿，超級滿意，位置很好離地鐵站很近，主要是很乾凈，很乾凈，很乾凈，老闆人很好，老闆人很好，老闆人很好，哪怕價格很優惠時間很晚了有問題也及時處理

酒店在比較新的公寓樓裏，設施齊備，有一次性面巾浴巾，還有洗衣機電冰箱，非常適合居住。周圍是個商圈，吃東西挺方便的。離公交地鐵都不遠，交通便利。就是窗户小，而且高。

我住過好多民宿，但這家真的太了！位置好找，就在地鐵站附近，出站走幾步就到。一進去，房間乾淨得沒話説，床又大又舒服，睡一覺起來渾身舒坦。而且房東特別熱情，有啥問題都馬上幫忙解決，下次來福州，肯定還選這兒！
