很滿意的體驗。酒店首先是睡的好，比其他都重要。房間四五十平比我自己家卧室都大，房間暖氣熱新疆乾燥，配有加濕器。房間採光不是太好因為後面還有棟房子但無所謂在新疆滑雪本來天亮就晚天亮前已經出門滑雪了，總之在這睡的比家裡香。 另外位雪友的配套服務完全到位，寄雪具收雪具，洗衣乾衣，固定器鬆了配螺絲刀，腳磨破了創可貼，和滑雪相關的都一應俱全。 服務很好，熱情打招呼，春節還抽紅包，提供瓜子花生水果。早餐種類相對稍微少了一點，不過一般來滑雪也就是快速吃完吃飽，影響不大。 周邊非常方便，門口就是大巴離雪場近，算是山下離雪場最近的了，比其他酒店能多睡一會兒。周邊各種餐飲選擇，甚至有東南亞菜和日本燒烤。

冬至晚上11點入住做了餃子，超級好吃，不管是前台還是餐廳服務都非常好，環境很新，房間不錯。設施整體齊全，雪具代收代寄大堂管理整齊。餐廳每天煮麪的阿姨每天都很耐心。大堂的小姐姐每晚洗衣服辛苦了~洗衣房不太夠，每天白天都沒辦法排上隊。 入住5晚，後面可能入住人數多了，早餐餐廳會收拾不過來，菜品也沒有跟上。晚上晚了洗澡熱水會不夠。 整體滿意，希望能繼續保持，感謝每一位耐心服務的工作人員！
