Abbiamo occupato una quadrupla, dato che veniva data la possibilità, ma tutto quello che doveva essere a disposizione dei clienti di una quadrupla di un quattro stelle era pensato per due persone o non c‘era: due accappatoi, niente shampoo, niente crema, niente balsamo, niente cuffiette per la doccia. Ok risparmiare su plastiche e similari, ma fa un po‘ strano dover chiedere in reception uno shampoo e sentirsi dire di usare il bagnoschiuma, che sicuramente non era pensato per i capelli dato che la confezione lo specificava. Cuscini come sempre scomodissimi, camera comunque molto bella, colazione ottima, parcheggio a pagamento. Sul personale giudizio misto: sì gentili, ma poco attenti alle richieste di piccoli particolari che fanno la differenza.

Beh, la posizione è sorprendente!! Puoi camminare da qualsiasi parte dall'hotel che è un bonus ma anche tu paghi per questo bonus. E 'costo rimanere qui, le camere sono grandi e basicamente semplice. Pulizia e solo una pizzo per persona. Per andare in camera ci è voluto un po' di tempo a causa della grandezza dei corridoi - a volte pensi di avere bisogno di una mappa! Le letti erano buoni, non il meglio non il peggio! Colazione a buffet è stata molto buona, molte opzioni e buona qualità. Il parcheggio sotterraneo sotto l'hotel ha un parcheggio molto limitato in un parcheggio estremamente stretto, che ha richiesto molte volte per entrare! Non lo consiglierei, ma vicino al centro d'informazione c'è un grande parcheggio a ben lucido multistorey e aperto 24/7 e non è stato costoso! La città è bella e ben valsa la visita.

+ super Lage in der Innenstadt von Füssen + Modernes / relativ neues Badezimmer + Ruhige Lage trotz Innenstadt Negative Punkte: Wir wurden im Vorfeld bereits vom Hotel kontaktiert ob wir mit dem Fahrrad anreisen und einen Parkplatz benötigen für 7,90/Nacht. Wir hatten beides bejaht. Daraufhin wurde uns zugesagt: Reservierung eines überdachten Parkplatzes (wurde auf Nachfrage vom Hotel auf die Frage ob im Freien oder Garage mit ”im Freien aber überdacht” bestätigt). Bzgl den Fahrrädern wurde uns zugesichert, dass uns das Personal den Fahrradraum auf- und abschließen würde. Als wir dann ankamen stellte sich heraus, dass der Parkplatz nicht überdacht war, sondern ein Parkplatz der als absolutes Halteverbot gekennzeichnet war. Auf die Nachfrage beim Hotel ob dies schon richtig wäre, wurde uns das bestätigt mit der Aussage ”das haben wir extra angebracht, damit hier keiner parkt...”. Auf die Frage nach dem abschließbarem Fahrradraum hieß es, es gebe keinen, wir sollen die Räder einfach in den Hausflur stellen, dort gäbe es eine Kamera und wäre total sicher. Anmerkung: wir haben uns dann dagegen entschieden da wir zwei nagelneue E-bikes hatten und in dem sog. Flur keine Möglichkeit zum Absperren der Räder war (z.B. Geländer o.ä.) und die Haustüre auch nachts nicht abgesperrt war und von außen für jedermann zugänglich war. Wir haben uns gegen ein Frühstück entschieden (9,90€ pro Person) und das war auch gut so, denn die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt. Tipp: in der Nähe sind einige tolle Cafés und Bäckereien, lieber dort zuschlagen, alles frisch und super Qualität. Zimmer: wir hatten ein 4-Bett Zimmer da es ein kleineres zum Buchungszeitraum nicht mehr gab. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bad relativ modern. Generell ist das Gebäude aber alt. Absolute Lachnummer: der Safe auf dem Zimmer: 1) so winzig, dass gerade eine Geldbörse rein passt und leicht, ca. 2kg schwer 2) der Safe war herausnehmbar und nicht fest verschraubt, sondern nur mit dem Regalboden verschraubt, so dass er extrem leicht gestohlen hätte werden können. Fazit: Füssen ist generell sehr teuer, aber wir werden das nächste Mal sicherlich lieber 10-15€ / Nacht mehr ausgeben und auf eine Unterkunft mit besseren Bewertungen zurück greifen

Hotel sito in zona centrale di Fussen, il cui parcheggio è accessibile sul retro dell'hotel stesso (spazio per una ventina di veicoli massimo). L'hotel è strutturato su due distinte palazzine che hanno una bellissima vista sulla zona pedonale. Consigliata la colazione che per 9,50 euro a persona è molto variegata. Prezzi non bassissimi. Un po di confusione sulla stanza datami. Su booking risultava una quadrupla deluxe e invece mi son trovato una doppia semplice. Dopo un confronto con la receptionist mi ha detto che la stanza in cui mi trovavo era gia una sorta di suite anche se non quadrupla (essendo noi in due andava comunque bene). Consiglio anche la cena nel ristorante dell'hotel, uno dei piu variegati di Fussen.

Getting into the hotel was a bit tricky. Apparently it isn't open all the time, and we didn't understand that. We rang the bell a while, but finally got in when a guest was leaving. We found the desk, found the room list, and managed to find our room and get in, and it was lovely. We had booked a room for 4 people but were moved to the knight's room that slept six. It was nice to have the extra space. There are toilets and showers on each floor, and all were very clean. We didn't quite understand the shower booking system, so yes, I managed to walk in on someone. Fortunately she was done and dressed, so it wasn't quite a disaster. We didn't have a problem with crowds for either the shower or bathrooms. The location was right in the middle of all the activity. People were eating below us and at night musicians played music. It was very pleasant. The room got a bit stuffy, and so we kept the windows open at night. There was minimal noise, and we weren't bothered, except one early morning when the garbage trucks came through and the street sweepers afterwards. Lots of shops and eateries on the street. There also was a Woolworths a couple of shops from our hotel, for those who are old enough to remember them. We went inside to see what it was about, and it reminded me of my vague memories of shopping in one as a child. I had accidently spilled something on my shirt the day before, and couldn't get the stain out. I found a good replacement shirt at Woolworths for only 5 euros. I've washed and worn it a few times since we've been home, and it is still in good shape. I recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. The proprietor is a young guy who was very helpful. He apparently works another job while trying to get the hotel going, which is why it isn't open all the time.

Siamo stati qui per quattro giorni in marzo con i nostri gemelli di tre anni, perché mi piacerebbe visitare il castello di Neuschwanstein prima che tornassero le masse di turisti. Purtroppo, l'alloggio può essere descritto solo con poche parole: Incredibile!!! È stato già molto cordiale il benvenuto e il check-in è stato fatto rapidamente. Inoltre, ci sono già stati diversi consigli per il soggiorno. Parcheggi sono disponibili gratuitamente. L'hotel è gestito da famiglia - e questo è per la più profonda passione. Qui è il cliente ancora re! La stanza è stata enorme (sentito più grande di quella prenota) e la vista top! La pulizia non lascia anche aperti desideri. La colazione era semplice, ma conveniente a un prezzo equo. I nostri bambini si sono anche sentiti molto bene e erano, nonostante l'età, piacevano vedere ospiti. Prezzo prestazione è invincibile - un piccolo aneddoto. La prima sera abbiamo mangiato in un ristorante e abbiamo ordinato due piatti principali, 1 bottiglia di acqua e una birra - prezzi proprio come una notte compresa colazione. Torniamo definitivamente!
