I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.
在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。
酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

The room was not clean enough and lack of maintenance, pungent cigarette smell from towel and cigarette buds found at door step of the chalet room, staff was nice and keen to help, view was good.

The room that assigned supposed to be 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, yet we were assigned to 2 queen beds. The staff did help to change to the room we're requested. But the room that assigned to us were at the rear corner, so we choose to still stayed at the 1st room they put us in. The water were flooded inside the shower due to inbalance floor inside the shower and everytime we are showering the water will leak to outside the shower room.

酒店很貼心配備了專屬管家，管家很負責，coco經理入住期間一直全程接待，有問必答，回覆也很及時。提供的訊息很全面，度假區的景色也很美，温泉和雨雪項目也很好玩，很適合家庭聚會旅行！推薦哦！

我們住4天，第一段行程兩天，具體是這樣安排的，當天是中午到的，然後就預約了晚上的雪屋火鍋，價格是高了一點，可是真的是很值，就是一定要多穿一點，非常的難得的體驗。最好是約第1場，這樣吃完以後出來可以看煙花（第2場呢主要是折回魯能度假區來好多節目就錯過了）度假區這邊的節目開始時間是7:30, 第2天我們安排的是滑雪和其他娛樂項目（基本上都是酒店送到）在度假區商業街吃晚餐，晚上活動特別多，商業街的意大利西餐廳就是瑞士酒店的餐廳做的非常棒，環境也很好，服務員態度又熟練又熱情，價格也不是很高，並且會主動的告訴我在**上去拍9塊9一杯咖啡（一個人可以拍5杯咖啡）真的是很友好。温泉在對面的酒店裡麪泡温泉，我們全家真是太喜歡這家温泉了。又乾淨水又好，室內室外都有。套餐裏面有一個暖冬小火鍋就在西餐廳裏面用餐吃不完，根本吃不完。管家Owen很不錯，情商高，我們到的比較早，很多房間沒有出來，積極幫我們協調房間同時安排火鍋，安排水果什麼的，都是禮賓部的帥哥們在做管家。人是靦腆一點也懵懂點，但一個個都是很好的孩子。我對魯能瑞士酒店的選擇感覺到很值得。看到網絡上對*達度假區人山人海的吐槽，我覺得選擇了魯能度假區是對的，包車的時候師傅對我説其實雪景好，各種整齊還是魯能度假區。特別推薦在打鐵花的對面，也就是射擊館的隔壁有一個特別棒的酒吧，營業到晚上9:30，我們去過感覺裝修情調很好價格不高。魯能度假區的總體消費應該不算是很高，就和一二線城市的普通消費差不多，大家點餐的時候注意一下，有的菜會貴一點（我們點了一個黃泥河魚就點的比較貴）其他的都還可以，然後大家要放心，就是東北這邊的服務態度所有人都很好。看樣子從政府到經營者以及服務員都非常的希望把旅遊服務做好，這一點讓我們感覺很暖心，總體來説質價是相符的。

酒店太棒了，我們訂的別墅房，整個別墅區的佈局和高低起伏真的跟瑞士好像，房間裏面也非常大，設施非常不錯，從陽台望出去的景色非常好，小木屋好好拍，也非常感謝苗會雲、胡宇鑫兩位的周到照顧，前台小姐姐又漂亮又熱情，接送車響應速度都很快，而且是商務車，比萬達度假區的體驗感好太多了，酒店權益送的項目也都安排的非常棒，是讓我值得留戀的酒店。

此次長白山之行，魯能瑞士酒店給我留下了極為深刻的印象，必須要來好好分享一下這段美妙的入住體驗。Coco經理服務很周到，入住期間很熱情，有問必答。徐悦辦理入住也很熱情，很nice，不足之處在前面説希望馬桶可以換成有座椅加熱的，可以洗屁屁的，要不然馬桶墊太涼了，再就是吹風機不需要換成你換成戴森的，你用徠芬的也可以呀，那種熱吹風的真的受不了，再就是你換成防徠芬的也可以呀[呲牙][呲牙]
一、環境與位置
酒店宛如一顆遺落在人間的冰雪明珠，周邊羣山環繞，銀裝素裹的長白山山脈近在咫尺，彷彿觸手可及那聖潔的雪頂。從踏入酒店園區的那一刻起，就彷彿置身於夢幻的北歐童話世界，大片的原始森林被白雪覆蓋，每一步都像是踩在鬆軟的雲朵之上，發出咯吱咯吱的悦耳聲響。而且，酒店距離長白山機場很近，交通非常便利，無論是剛下飛機的疲憊旅人，還是準備返程時帶着滿滿回憶的遊客，都不會被路途折騰，能輕鬆開啟或結束旅程。
二、酒店設施
客房
房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格充滿了瑞士風情，木質的傢俱搭配温暖的色調，營造出温馨愜意的居住氛圍。床鋪柔軟舒適，躺在上面就如同被雲朵温柔包裹，一天的遊玩疲憊瞬間消散。房間內的觀景陽台更是一大亮點，清晨拉開窗簾，陽光灑在雪面上折射出五彩光芒，傍晚則能欣賞到絕美的落日餘暉將雪山染成橙紅色，美景盡收眼底。而且，房間的供暖設備十分給力，即便室外是零下幾十度的嚴寒，室內始終温暖如春，完全不用擔心會被凍着。
公共區域
酒店的大堂設計獨具匠心，挑高的木質穹頂搭配巨大的落地玻璃窗，陽光可以毫無阻擋地傾瀉而入，讓整個空間明亮又大氣。大堂中央還有一個精緻的真火壁爐，熊熊燃燒的火焰跳躍着，為往來的客人驅散寒意，同時增添了幾分浪漫與慵懶的氣息。酒店還配備了健身房、游泳池等休閑設施，器材一應俱全，水質清澈見底，即便是在旅途中，也能滿足日常鍛鍊的需求，保持活力滿滿。
三、餐飲體驗

這是魯能瑞士酒店最讓我折服的一點。從辦理入住時前台工作人員熱情洋溢的笑容、耐心細緻的講解，到入住期間客房服務人員的隨叫隨到、貼心周到，每一個環節都無可挑剔。記得有一次我們外出遊玩回來比較晚，想要點一些夜宵，本以為會很麻煩，沒想到打給客房服務後，沒過多久，熱氣騰騰的食物就送到了房間，還附贈了暖心的熱飲，讓饑寒交迫的我們感動不已。酒店工作人員還會熱情地為客人提供遊玩建議，告知哪裡的雪景最美、哪個滑雪場最適合初學者，就像朋友一樣為你的旅程出謀劃策。
五、親子體驗（如有）
