I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.
Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Great location for a few days of skiing! Breakfast is very nice with various (western) options. We would recommend to put a roomservice menu & Spa menu in the room.
The ski-house is very well organized, I could change from Skies to Snowboard easy. The outside hot bath is absolutely amazing after a full day of skiing.

非常滿意的一次出行，專門來長白山滑雪的，在眾多的酒店中毫不猶豫選擇了柏悦，來之前也看過不少評價，有好有壞，我自己親身體驗下來的感受就是，下次還來！
服務：先要誇誇酒店的工作人員，特別是我們這次的專屬管家Joy，入住期間一直在詢問我們的體驗，臨走前我忘記預約送機，也是提前打電話給我確認。因為是晚上的航班，根據第二天的入住情況也幫我們申請了延遲退房。還有其他的工作人員，都非常熱情、細心，有任何問題都會幫你解決，我家屬是個很挑剔的性格，都已經安利了他身邊的朋友立馬來玩了😂
位置：滑雪人狂喜，就在萬達滑雪場，有專屬滑雪屋，滑進滑出，有一天我們選擇的是夜場，大雪裡拐到柏悦專屬雪道，真的非常美。從酒店裡的小道走到度假區也很近（一開始去吃飯都是叫的車，後來發現從雪場走特別方便）
設施：作為景區裏的度假酒店，柏悦的配套設施都很齊全。每天早餐很豐盛（有看到一些評價説種類少，但我真的每天吃很飽….）有一個户外泡湯，到晚上十點，不用去漢拿山人擠人，酒店裡泡很愜意很私密。還預約了木屋下午茶，980一個set，很值得感受。房間的話主要分佈在主樓和別墅區，我們在別墅區，拍照很好看，雖然每天走到主樓會有一點路，但欣賞這麼美麗的景色不覺得累。房間裏面也都很暖和，一開始覺得好乾。後來發現有個加濕器，緩解了很多。房間雖然有點陳舊了，但大體都很乾凈，也很大。
最近又是聖誕季，酒店的佈置也很温馨很北歐，退房的時候依依不捨，希望下次很快就能再見啦！

整個房間都是木質的裝修，酒店還配了加濕器，風景很好，隨時穿過大堂去木棧道走走，不過早餐種類一般，户外温泉也挺小的，馬桶不是智能的，稍微舊了點。酒店服務還是很可以的，也很感謝前台Mason幫忙協調出房間幫我們續住。下次如果能來還是會選擇柏悦。
