I had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip.
As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan.
Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered.
Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early.
Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

呢間喺長白山西景區附近嘅酒店令我哋安心休閑咁喺度住咗4個晚上，俾到我哋舒適嘅同時亦有唔少驚喜🥰！
第一，我間大床房好大，建議近窗嘅室內位置改建一個室外温泉池更佳😚…
第二，室外環境及親子互動嘅鞦韆、寵物（兔子）配置唔錯，晚黑仲可以適當燒D煙花應應節😉。
第三，温泉池雖然唔算大，但乾淨整潔，近窗邊可以同室外稍作互動，唯可惜室外池維修，未能好好感受冰火兩重天🥶…
第四，呢度嘅廚師手勢唔錯，早餐、晚餐好味道！服務員熱情有禮，有家嘅温馨😌…
最後，亦系say goodbye嘅時候，竟然天降大雪，還咗我媽媽嘅心願！緣份竟然如同我10年前帶老婆同女兒嚟長白山北區時嘅畫面重演！我相信我哋仲會再見的，吉祥嘅地方🤭！

如果第二天天池開放，酒店的長白山直通車是非常方便，直接就到了坐摩託車的地方，還可以幫助預訂門票，距離原始生態漂流不遠，小紅書上價格包接送也不貴，房間也很大，地暖温度正好，還有個小客廳，前台服務也挺好的。

酒店的服務態度一絕! 每位工作人員都很認真負責細緻！絕對要贊爆！！因為是冬季去的長白山，酒店還貼心提供租大衣的服務，上山零下三十多的氣温，被大衣救了一命！酒店的地理位置優越，距離長白山就幾百米（圖二）。景色裝修也非常不錯～在房間裏看日落巨巨巨美的。房間很大，居然還有一個客廳，往沙發上一躺直接躺平！沙發太舒服了哈哈。酒店的温泉也是一絕，純長白山的天然温泉，下山泡一泡無比舒服。餐廳的出品也好絕，涼皮和魚 強推！！ 唯一的缺點就是電壓稍微不穩定，使用熱水壺和吹風機的時候 燈會閃

酒店位置很偏 四周什麼都沒有 入住前一天打電話讓接機一直打不通電話 可以理解 想着第二天接着打 第二天早上 又打十幾個電話 顯示不存在 都不知道是不是還能打 就掛一個打不通的電話 第二天到酒店問前台 忙的要死 沒人搭理 後來告知早上電話壞了在維修後來一直在忙電話佔線 請問寫了接機兩天都打不通電話 酒店前台愛答不理 要求補償接機費説沒有這項服務 敷衍兩句完事 酒店設施非常老舊 吹風機一直斷電 用幾分鐘就燙的不行 要等半小時才能再吹兩分鐘 不知道什麼牌子 床單不知道有沒有做到殺菌一客一換 一打開被子就是捲毛 頭大 肉眼可見的污漬 床頭白色的看起來都成黃色了 衞生堪憂 一個扎馬尾的前台態度更是極差 出去漂流回來找不到房卡 要求重新補辦 和我們説 補辦應該是要收補卡費的哦 説了可以在包裏找到了 和他説不用補了 她直接輕蔑的笑了 不知道是開玩笑還是什麼意思 陰陽怪氣的説 要補錢就找到了是嗎？是覺得我們拿不出20塊錢是嗎 不知道甩臉子給誰看 不想做這份工作可以回家睡覺哈

簡直就是神仙酒店～為了去西坡，選擇了這家酒店，它有專屬權益，可以買第二天的西坡門票。入住前酒店致電提醒酒店設施陳舊，交通不便，沒有暖氣，建議做好心理準備，我已經悉心接受了。但是真的很不錯啊，門口雪景非常美，非常出片，酒店很安靜，房間也不錯，比萬達這邊的酒店好多了，唯一缺點就是太偏僻，在西景區山門口，出行不便，適合自駕的人和一定要上西坡的人！

酒店就在如圖長白山山門裡麪
選這個酒店的唯一原因就是可以幫忙訂票，而且離長白山入口近（但我沒想到能這麼近，估計100米不到吧，感覺走兩步路就能看見這個尖頂檢票口了）
往外出去別的景點確實有點不太方便，但是我們主要是為了上天池所以也還好。
房間環境比我想象的好，蠻乾淨的，和北坡藍景風格差不多
而且前台服務都很熱情，尤其是一個帶圓眼睛的姐姐真的儘可能在滿足我們的需求，我們沒帶暖寶寶，小店沒找到，還特意幫我們找同事找。

房間滿意。有一點木頭的那種味道，可以接受。房間很大，地暖室內温度23度，開空調換新風，很舒服。不足是房間內沒有浴袍，室外温泉壞了用不了。餐廳廚師水平可以，食材品質一般但是烹飪味道和火候很好。上山確實方便，而且不用擔心票買不到的問題。
