I copy-paste the review I posted elsewhere. If you want to see the true colors of the hotel's management, read the REPLY TO below which is a reply that the management posted as a reply to the below opinion there. TL;TR: We had a terrible experience. AC doesn't work properly (the lowest temperature setting was 24 and the hotel couldn't do anything about that). Not worth the money. In case of any problems, do not count on reasonable compensation if they offer you compensation at all. Management is rude and receptionists will misinform you if that suits the hotel's interest. The hotel is far from anything, including reliable public transport. --------------------------------------- OPINION: 1. Our AC did not work (the lowest setting was 24C) - they offered to open a window... to the noisy highway next door; as compensation, we were offered 2 drinks! 2. Do not trust their Clean Promise policy! The cleaning Service does not do their job properly. We think some places are left uncleaned: there were breadcrumbs on the table left and the sink also had a few dirt marks left. 3. The place is far from anything, including reliable busses that occasionally do not arrive at all after 8 PM and you need to take a 20-25 mins walk from the train station. 4. They are very delicate if you say ”hurtful” but true things to them and they like to argue with a client instead of making things better. --------------------------------------- REPLY TO Lisa Neumeir General Manager: Unless you change your reply, everyone now will see how unprofessional you are. First, you lie, and you put words into other's people mouths: - I never said you ”treated me with hostility”, I said you were rude, - I never said ”Cool the room down to 10 degrees”, we wanted the temperature below 24, you and your employee knew and saw the problem and couldn't do anything about it, - I never in our exchange mentioned booking the wrong hotel because that was not the problem - I have no idea how you made such an irrelevant connection and what is going on up there. Finally, you continue misleading people. Yes, you immediately offered ”2 drinks on the house” but it clearly(!) was not enough for the problems we met, but... If did not understand the difference between a refund and compensation. After huge problems, you offered us a room change... on the very last night (you expected us to move to another room with all our things after 8 PM when we returned to the hotel?). And, you never offered ”the total amount back” but just one night when we expected 2 nights for the inconvenience caused. Lisa, you clearly do not know how to speak and how to treat a client in a respectable way when a problem appears, so they recommend you later. We will never want to have anything to do with not just your hotel but the whole brand of Holiday Inn Express.

Per la prima volta mi sento davvero ingannato e non capisco più il mondo, come può arrivare qui a volte a valutazioni così buone... per fortuna ogni persona è diversa. Ma la mia impressione personale è la seguente: su Booking com, questo hotel si presenta come un business hotel, signori in giacca e cravatta si siedono casualmente nelle loro stanze per prepararsi alla riunione... Sì, l'hotel è facile da raggiungere, ma di ovviamente è diretto Situato in un raccordo autostradale/autostradale. Se ti piace avere le finestre aperte di notte, è molto rumoroso. In caso contrario, le finestre sono effettivamente insonorizzate. La nostra camera era molto piccola, l'acqua non defluiva nel lavandino e i capelli disgustosi che erano stati tagliati corti uscivano dal lavandino (salto la foto). Con un cordiale preavviso al mattino, la mancanza non è stata eliminata entro la sera, né è stata notata dal personale addetto alle pulizie che era lì per rifare i letti!?? Poi ci è stato permesso di cambiare stanza la sera. C'è luce tremolante e gancio mancante per la borsa da toilette. Da entrambe le docce è uscito un getto d'acqua super modesto... La colazione: incredibile!! Qualche marmellata di plastica, piatti di formaggio/salsiccia senza amore, yogurt di plastica; no uova, no pancetta, no latte, no involtini di cereali su richiesta: no uova al momento a causa di Corona, eh?? Niente bar, niente cibo, reception aperta ogni tanto. Quindi, se siete di passaggio e avete bisogno di una camera in cui dormire facilmente accessibile, con parcheggio gratuito (lode) e non apprezzate particolarmente la colazione, potete fare il check-in qui. Non riesco a trovare un hotel d'affari rilassato in questo posto. Con tutti i problemi, la povera signora che era responsabile dell'intero ”hotel” da sola è stata molto gentile! Grazie per questo! Un consiglio se davvero finisci lì: proprio di fronte, dietro la rotonda, c'è un'ottima pasticceria con un'ottima colazione?

Das Zimmer ist sehr eng und wurde als Doppelzimmer verkauft. Wegen Messe konnte man auf der Webseite nicht beide Tage zusammen buchen, sondern musste das separat machen. Dummerweise wurde man dadurch aus seinem Zimmer am zweiten Tag ausgesperrt. Wir sind nur froh das das nicht spät Abends war wo niemand an der Rezeption sass. Das wäre es noch gewesen. Das Zimmer ist so eng das man zu zweit nicht aneinander vorbei gehen konnte. War jemand im Bad bzw. stand die Tür auf, kam man nicht mehr an die Zimmertür oder Schrank. Man konnte auch nicht die üblichen Schilder raushängen das man nicht gestört werden will. Ist für Paare also schon ein Hindernis. Für zwei Personen gab es eine (!!!) Flasche Wasser und auch nur 1 Glas. Der Zweck dahinter ist uns nicht verständlich. Für einen Tag als Zwischenstop sicher ausreichend, aber für einen längeren Urlaub aus unserer Sicht nicht geeignet. Zimmer an sich ist sauber und ordentlich. Rezeption ist überfordert und keine wirkliche Hilfe. Als ein Rasierer zu Hause vergessen wurde, hat man auf den Netto und ein anderes Geschäft verwiesen. Hätten eigentlich erwartet das ein Hotel eine Basisausstattung für Notfälle vorhält. Waren wir zumindest so gewohnt. Preis-/Leistung ist außerhalb von Messezeiten sicherlich absolut in Ordnung. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden und kosten € 7,50, aber wir haben in den Nebenstraßen geparkt. Da muss man zwar etwas laufen, aber das machte uns nichts aus. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir keins eingenommen haben.

Molto moderno e pulito. Check-in veloce e fluido. La camera era confortevole e aveva tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione ben varia. Le ragazze della reception sono state molto gentili, soprattutto quella giovane dai lunghi capelli scuri e ondulati (domenica 17 luglio al mattino). Nel complesso hotel e soggiorno eccellenti!

Come un fermo intermedio sulla strada per l'Italia ok. Per ”sentimento di vacanza” non è così giusto. Punti di maggiori: pulito e nuovo. Colazione è fantastico, il personale amichevole. Il fatto che non si utilizzi la piscina sul tetto, come ospite di casa, mi sembra strano, perché lo conosco diversamente da altri hotel, e il fatto che non ci siano bambini sul tetto è strano per me. Soprattutto perché ci sono giocattoli per bambini molto ben selezionati nel lobby (bambole HABA, nuovi trucchetti, giocattoli in legno...). In qualche modo, non è vero per me, ma gli hotel che hanno così tante regole sono in qualche modo in arrivo. Mangiare solo dietro, non bere li', ordinare solo li', bambini solo qui, ma non li'.... Se hai capito tutto, è sicuro che per il personale è piacevole. Forse sono anche io. In Tirolo, Tirolo meridionale... è diverso. L'ospite è la persona principale. Qui non sooooooo... La posizione è piuttosto 4-, ma è semplicemente tenere tranquillo di notte, così in mezzo a una zona commerciale. Per una vacanza urbana pura a Monaco di Baviera mi troverò qualcosa di più centrale e più accogliente. Come fermata, va bene. Con autobus e treno si è così in circa 40 minuti in città (se si arriva appena il bus, si guida ogni 20 minuti). Sarebbe, ora che ho capito tutto forse tornato.

L'hôtel est aisément accessible, un peu en dehors de la vieille ville, donc un parking aisé. Les chambres sont propres fonctionnelles et la literie est assez correcte. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant Grec attenant, il est complet, sans exagérations. La climatisation est silencieuse et heureusement car la ventilation de la salle de bain est infernale. Elle tourne en permanence et est bruyante a tel point que l’on a du enlever la carte de commande de l’électricité de la chambre pour la stopper. La salle de bain présente des problèmes d’ergonomie, dérouleur de papier mal placé donc on s’y cogne, la vitre de la douche trop courte donc on mouille partout… L'espace entre la télévision et le lit est insuffisant, on se cogne donc également contre la télé. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le restaurant Grec attenant, et les ‘bacs bain marie ne tenaient pas » les œufs ont fait le grand plongeon mais ils n’en mettent pas d’autres… Aux vues de tout cela c’est trop chère pour ce qui est proposé.
