民宿又靚又乾淨，環境非常好，整個坐落的社區，猶如歐洲小鎮一樣，走10多步便遇到一大片向日葵和繡球花花海。景色氣氛都出乎意料的好，我真的要給滿分！早餐非常北海道，有鮮奶，有粟米湯，有他們最新鮮的蔬菜。

富良野薰衣草高級旅館儘管算民宿，但十分乾淨、整潔，服務態度很好，下了大巴酒店會派小車來接送，離精靈露台不遠，酒店也會代叫出租車，讓人感到十分温馨，儘管房價不低，但物有所值。

體驗感最差的日本民宿！和朋友兩家人入住！帶着娃！先是説6歲以下不能入住！然後溝通後一個娃要加5000日幣！才能入住！硬生生讓我們多付了一萬！在大阪札幌京名古屋都沒有碰到類似情況！唯一優點早餐還算比較用心！不過以後也不會選這家了

位置偏僻，附近很少食市，便利店距離也遠。酒店設施不足，但早餐新鮮可口。員工親切，態度良好。因位處山區活動地點不多，提早check out返回富良野市中心，

北海道一人旅で宿泊させていただきました。台風の影響で電車の運休があり、ホテル到着が日没後で真っ暗の中での到着です。 ホテルに着くと猫とオーナーが心良く迎えてくれ、久しぶりの猫との触れ合いはなんとも言えない時間でした。 部屋の中も綺麗に清掃され、お風呂が無くシャワーのみでしたが、問題は無かったです。朝起きてホテルのテラスに出て朝日と富良野の街並みをみて、昨夜の不安がスッキリしました。その後は朝食をいただき大満足です。帰りは猫3匹が見送ってくれました。猫を含め、ホテルのスタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

酒店服務及早餐不錯

Their daily variety of breakfast dishes are phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Japanese never asks for tips and they did a lot of extra service for you like book a taxi or recommend good dining places. Room is extremely clean and bed is very comfortable. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms. But skiing in Furano is a very enjoyable experience with its perfect weather and nice mountain.

The experience was great. Very friendly staffs. Nice breakfast included. Room was clean and new. So many clean towels were given. Warm environment and feel like home. The only minor things I found not convenience for me was there were no hook for me to hang my clothes or towel in the washroom. And, we were staying on the 2nd floor but there was no lift in the hotel so on the first day when we arrive, we need to carry the heavy lugguges and skis equipments and walk up the stairs to our room...

Everything was great . We particularly enjoyed the chocolates. Thank you.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to one side of the ski area and a bus stop that takes you to the other side. The staff / family were perfect hosts - helpful, considerate, kind. Examples: they made us all special breakfast on Christmas morning, they treat their cats with love, it was snowing heavily on our departure day and they drove us to the bus stop with out bags. There are only a few restaurants in the area and you should check opening times and make reservations just to be safe. We love to walk and went several times to town easily. Pro tip: get the cheesecake at Furano Delice down the street!

This pension is the best out of the 4 hotels i stayed in during my trip to sapporo. Small and cozy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. What i loved is the ala carte english breakfast. Fabulous! I would love to come back again.

About 5min drive away from Furano, Pension Lavender is a very nice place to stay to visit the region Large and pleasant room that can easily accomodate 3 persons Home-cooked breakfast (included) was amazing!
