Hotel in zona Parco Maizuru, Fukuoka

This was nice place and very easy for travellers to access public transport

La posizione dell'ostello è nel centro di Akasaka e Omori Park. La distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria all'ostello è circa 5-10mins, che è grande. Tuttavia, quando si è tornato dopo aver visitato diversi siti di tour, questo potrebbe essere stanco. Ma l'ostello è molto pulito e ha un'acqua calda per il bagno. Per quanto riguarda l'acqua potabile, hanno un filtro d'acqua per l'acqua normale e un pozzo elettrico per l'acqua calda, ma potrebbe essere piuttosto scomodo quando si vuole bere. I think the environment and atmosphere of this hostel is very nice. The bed is comfortable enough to sleep and the shared space is very clean when enquieped with heater and microwaves. Also the self service of check in and out is very convenient for me. I would come again.

Super friendly and helpful staff! The location was brilliant, it only took around 25 minutes to get to the airport, as well as walking distance to a lot of the main central sites to see in Fukuoka. Shower room was clean and well equipped and the sleeping pod was also clean and very comfortable. The most amount of space I’ve had to myself in a hostel I think. The included breakfast was basic but I think it’s enough for what you’re paying. There was coffee/tea, bread, jam, yoghurt, granola and a couple of baked goods. See my picture for what I had (it filled me up for the morning, so no complaints from me). Only negative for me was the sound the door to the room makes when locking/unlocking. Obviously in a hostel you can expect a bit of noise and people coming/going throughout the night, but I had the pod closest to the door and the sound of it closing, locking and unlocking was extremely loud. There’s nothing the guests can do to minimise this, even if you close it softly. The automatic lock is so loud. This might only be an issue if you’re close to the door but be prepared, it’s quite an infuriating sound and I could unfortunately hear it through my headphones. All in all, I still enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again! Would just maybe request a pod further from the door☺️

Hotel established in 1969, so pretty old inside. Room not perfectly clean, can see some grime However good equipment (japanese toilet), polite staff, a small but free breakfast and not far from a very nice park.

the hotel location is super super convenient, right next to the mtr akasaka station 1 minute walk. specially in fukuoka it made everything easy. room was consider roomy compared to the others and the bathroom is very nice too. Surrounding the hotel many restaurants and convenient stores so you can get walk you need within walking distance. however i found that the hotel staffs are kinda cold when they speak to the hotel guest (like robot). they just read you the rule and any request you made you will be like talking to the wall. they will tell you NO and read you the hotel policy. not so friendly to overseas guest in my opinion given that i spoke and ask them politely. i will book this hotel again for the location only but not for the hospitality.

Hotel è buona posizione vicino al metro circa 300 metri vicino alla zona tenjin pulito buona abbastanza camera è ok non troppo piccola non ampia forse la prossima volta che prenoto di nuovo

Il colazione è buono per i soldi e ha una grande scelta di cibo giapponese e occidentale. La stanza è grande e ha un aspetto tradizionale. Esso è ben mantenuto. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Tenjin e vicino ai numerosi negozi e ristoranti.

Location was great, very close to eateries, close to subway and also train and bus station to outskirts of Fukuoka. Parco, muna, and other department store are also nearby. Room was OK, manageable for 2 with 2 large suitcases. TV channels are all in Japanese, but u don't watch TV on holiday anyway. Bathroom and amenities were great, they provide free amenities in the lobby. Lounge were nice, though only coffee is provided, but it's good to just sit and sip coffee. The view from my room was Ritz Carlton, so u feel like staying there.. 😝😝

Hotel is next to subway station, however, there is distance (10-15 mins) from the Tianjin key shopping and dinning area. There is in-house car parking which is convenient for those staying in hotel with car. The service of front desk are professional and polite with good level of English.
