Had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect from concierge handling my car to be auto parked in hotel to greetings and responding to our needs. The bed was comfort and we were most glad to be given a free upgrade to a higher floor. Thank you so much.

Reception was overwhelmed. Online checkin before arrival did not work. I had to resubmit my travel document upon arrival. Real no frills hotel, with reception unwilling to help with restaurant bookings, no bottled wster provided, amenities had to be collected from the lobby. Guests were often groups, crowding in the lobby and creating a din in the nights. Security not good as I was given a replacement room card without even the need to present my ID. Hallways and hotel overall did not make me feel very comfortable.
Close to the Tenjin Railway Station and Bus Terminal, but not covered walkways. Shin Shin Ramen, a few izakayas and other eateries behind the hotel. Big Uniqlo close by too.

Clean and nice looking capsule hotel. It's a bit inconvenient that the locker is outside of the room, but that can help make the spleeping pod area more quiet. There are only 1 usb A, 1 usb C outlet for charging, no plug so I couldn't fast charge my phone. They also provide sleeping clothes.

It is around 10 minutes walk from the JR station and two minutes from the bus terminal to the airport. Other than that, the stay is pleasant with an indoor bath area. The location is convenient and is close to Hakata station and Canal City. Their self check-in counters streamlined and made the self check-in process more efficient. The staff were also helpful regarding parking. The breakfast included in the package was surprisingly tasty. The only downside of the hotel is the room we booked was smaller than expected; there was barely any space for luggage. The overall experience was good.

È stata una brutta esperienza per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti in questo Hotel Oriental. L'aria condizionata era molto debole. Ho abbassato la temperatura a 19°C alta, fresca ma ancora molto debole. Ho espresso il problema dell'aria condizionata alla reception verso le 9:30 del 19 aprile del mattino. La signora della reception ha detto che avrebbe dato seguito. Sono tornato in hotel verso le 23:15 e abbiamo scoperto che la temperatura della stanza era ancora troppo calda per noi. Eravamo molto stanchi e rinunciammo di nuovo a dare voce. Nessuno dell'hotel ci ha dato una risposta. È stata una brutta esperienza trascorrere 3 notti in una camera tripla in questo hotel.

CConstance YapL'hotel di cromo è un SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! I ricevitori erano accoglienti e utili, e la camera stessa era calda e accogliente. Anche tutte le strutture della camera erano state mantenute molto pulite. SULL'AIUTO BUONO SITUAZIONE REGIONALE, cafe/24hr Supermercato/store conveniente/passeggiata a pochi minuti al centro commerciale di Kushida/Canal e molti altri!
Noi rimarremo certamente in questo hotel di nuovo : )

Zzh3usIn questo momento abbiamo avuto un servizio impecabile da parte del team di servizio, che, utilizzandoli come piattaforma per viaggiare in tutto Kyushu, abbiamo lasciato un po' di bagagli con loro mentre siamo andati via. Sono stati abbastanza gentili da tenerci il bagaglio dopo aver convalidato che abbiamo post-reservazione.
Il pasticceria del colazione è stato 10/10 il migliore mai, hanno un costoso tostapane Balmuda che permette al tuo pasticceria di essere fluffy mentre spruzzato e hanno una distribuzione di pasticceria di stile giapponese, che comprende piccole placche tra cui Mentaiko e Salmon Tartare.
La posizione è vicina alla stazione Hakata, ci mette circa 12 minuti a piedi per arrivare. Al contrario è il FUK Coffee, serve fantastico caffè espresso e proprio in fondo alla strada a sinistra è un supermercato AEON MAX VALUE 24 ore con bento, sushi, alcol e sashimi disponibili a buon mercato. Il movimento più a sinistra è una strada di shopping con Daiso e altre strutture.
Devo dire che in generale, i bagni pubblici di Dormy Inn – le strutture onsen sono di prima vista, non si chiudono dopo mezzanotte (diversa dalla sauna), la testa del doccia è $300 in prezzo da Refa e le loro tappeti di miscelatore d'acqua calda non sono premute per uso, ma quelle Il bagno pubblico è fantastico 10/10.
La nostra notte scorsa, Super Typhon Kong-Rey era nella zona e abbiamo avuto una grande pioggia. Dormy Inn ci ha prestato ombrelle e è stata la prima volta che abbiamo visto che molti degli ospiti hanno deciso di rimanere e non uscire. Il bagno pubblico era pieno e il freece cream era quasi sparito! Le noduli gratuite da 2130 – 2300 erano così piene che uscivano dalle noduli e erano abbastanza carine da dare all'ospite che ha perso le versioni istantanee in modo che non dovessero lasciare l'hotel in pioggia.
In generale, mi sembra che meritino 5 stelle, ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno e desiderare al personale tutto il meglio e grazie per il servizio!

The rooms smell wonderful and are well maintained and the beds are sooo comfortable. The staff are so attentive, sweet, helpful and kind. They stored our luggage for us until our evening flight out and called us a taxi to the airport without us even asking them first. When the taxi arrived it slowly drove past the hotel entrance, and one of the front desk clerks proceeded to run out of the hotel in her uniform and high heels and chase the taxi down for us!! She succeeded and then bowed to us repeatedly, apologizing and thanking us for our patience and understanding!!! These people are the sweetest, kindest, most respectful and helpful angels on the planet! Do yourselves a favor and book your stay at the JR Kyushu Blossom Fukuoka...be sure you type the correct Blossom Hotel (be sure to type BLOSSOM FUKUOKA) into your GPS, though, because there is another JR Kyushu Blossom Hotel just a few minutes away, which we mistakenly went to and there was nowhere to park so it was a little tricky. You will not regret a single minute of your decision to book this hotel as your wise choice for your stay in Fukuoka! It will add peace and joy to your trip, I assure you! Thank you, JR Kyushu Blossom Hotel Fukuoka for the best hotel experience we could have asked for! You are the best!!

AAmirahGion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately.
1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.
