格安なのに室内、バス、トイレ清潔感あって良かったです。アメニティも充実していました。サウナ、プール有りますが男女混合で水着着用。私は持参しましたがフロントで貸し出し(有料５００円？)もしてるようです。行かれるなら確認してくださいね。フロントの方３人みえましたが、皆さん凄く親切でした！土曜日でタクシーもつかまらなかったのですが、フロントの方々が４社程TELして頂きタクシーを手配してもらい感謝します！親切で助かりました。

C'è anche una piscina in estate, ci sono cinema fuori a notte, ci sono fuochi d'artificio per il fine settimana, e penso sia il migliore per bambini e amanti.Il ristorante giapponese è anche delizioso. Non sembra niente in inverno, ma c'è una sauna all'aperto, quindi penso che dovrei aprirlo senza alcun costo, trasformare la piscina in un freddo naturale in inverno e venderla in inverno.C'è anche una sauna che purtroppo non ha spazio per il freddo o prepararsi. Il bagno con sauna, il freddo e il paesaggio sono buoni, quindi è fantastico fare un balcone fuori e creare uno spazio pronto.In inverno, puoi bruciare i fiori, bere il cacao e rilassarti qui, come una grande festa di fuoco?Questa è una buona struttura, quindi aspetto molto.

Unprofessional Staffs managing the place are rude and unprofessional. Gave us the wrong Check-In Code that can’t even access the guest’s information for pre-check-in procedures! After entering numerous times, it came out “Data Not Found” ! Totally incompetent and inefficient when I called them, they couldn’t even figure out what’s wrong!!! Wasted my time! Do not use this place! Terrible management staffs with no customer service experience whatsoever! Also, without informing us in advance, they violated our privacy by budging into our room early in the morning! Without ringing our bell, they proceeded to unlock our door! Pretending to repair the room! How ridiculous and rude! The most unpleasant and disgustingly obnoxious management! Do not use this place. It’s horrid!

女性専用のドミトリーがあり安心できました。入り口にカードキーがありました。就寝は2段になっているスペースを利用しました。小さい照明、コンセント一口、簡易的な鍵付き金庫（？）が備わっていました。ボタン（数字）を押す方法と鍵の2つの方法でロックがかけれるようでしたがボタンで鍵をかける方法がどこにも書いてなかったので使い方がいまいち分からず鍵を回す方だけ使いました。トイレが2つ、シャワールームも2つありました。 全体的に清潔感がありとてもよかったです！ 受付の方もとても印象がよかったです。 また利用したいと思いました！

Room is clean but small. Room has alot of USB charging sockets which is helpful for those having alot of devices to charge. Only con is the beds are too close to each other and the one sleeping near the wall will have a problem coming out from the side.
Reception is at level 2 so if you have alot of hand carry items, inform the front desk for a luggage trolley. Liked that they have a luggage weighing machine and notes changing machine. DIY laundry is also provided but only 3 washing machines/dryer and each wash/dry will take 2hrs so plan your wash as morning tends to be very crowed.
Front desk staff was helpful when I need help on my DIY laundry. Breakfast was buffet style but very limited choice with no eggs options except raw ones for the rice and fruits was one or two options.

È stata una brutta esperienza per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti in questo Hotel Oriental. L'aria condizionata era molto debole. Ho abbassato la temperatura a 19°C alta, fresca ma ancora molto debole. Ho espresso il problema dell'aria condizionata alla reception verso le 9:30 del 19 aprile del mattino. La signora della reception ha detto che avrebbe dato seguito. Sono tornato in hotel verso le 23:15 e abbiamo scoperto che la temperatura della stanza era ancora troppo calda per noi. Eravamo molto stanchi e rinunciammo di nuovo a dare voce. Nessuno dell'hotel ci ha dato una risposta. È stata una brutta esperienza trascorrere 3 notti in una camera tripla in questo hotel.

La camera in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in il primo giorno aveva un forte odore di sudore, che non poteva essere dissipato anche se accendevamo l'aria condizionata o aprivamo le finestre. Nicely located in between walking distance of Canal City Hakata and Hakata Station. The hotel was easy to find, and the room was more spacious than I imagined. Had perfect sleep for all of the nights spent there. Only wished that the pillows are slightly bigger.
Was also abit stunned to see the toilet area like this, hope that the hotel will fix it soon.

La stanza è molto piccola come le normali camere d'albergo giapponesi. Possiamo adattare 3 adulti e 2 bambini con 3 valigie grandi in questa stanza, ma non c'è spazio per camminare. Non c'è spazio in camera, doveva essere preso in lobby prima di arrivare in camera.
Il soggiorno con la stazione di caffè è al terzo piano. Il lavastoviglie e il lavastoviglie sono anche un plus per questo hotel.
Il colazione è una scelta per la colazione giapponese in un altro ristorante fuori dall'hotel, che personalmente credo che preferisca andare a colazione altrove.

As a first-time visitor to Fukuoka, I was enamored by the city's charm, and this hotel quickly became a highlight of my trip. From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all.
Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.)
Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay.
The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare.
The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed.
Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to ”defrost” and clean up before heading up to sleep.
Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay.
This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

WWenlingLocation of the hotel was good, right in the heart of town. Many restaurants around and Lawson convenient store right downstairs. Malls on the left and Canal City a 10 minute walk away. Cons is that this is really basic for the price. They don't provide water in the room and only basic housekeeping if requested for. Reception staff doesn't look friendly. Washing machine and microwave provided in the room. Size of the room is bed is good considering its in Japan.

AA TseMolto amichevole personale di fronte con sorridente faccia tutto il tempo. Il ronzio sul secondo piano è eccellente, ma la piscina all'aperto non è davvero all'aperto. Mi piace il loro braccialetto che serve dopo le 9:30 pm, buon tempo dopo il ronzio. La dimensione della camera è piuttosto standard per gli hotel urbani in Giappone. La pulizia e la temperamentalità sono buone, tranne che i mattoni sono vecchi e possono vedere indimenticabili e lacrime. La colazione è buona, ma ama vedere più selezioni occidentali. Uno dei vantaggi principali di questo hotel è la sua posizione. Circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR Hakata, dove si trova il cantiere della città con molti buoni ristoranti, negozi e opzioni di trasporto. Canal City shopping è vicino all'hotel. In generale, amo questo hotel e preferisco restare ancora lì.

PPgcresRoom size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

UUtente ospiteThe capsule hotel is tastefully decorated and there’s a happy hour from 5.30-6.30pm daily where u can choose between beer and lemon sour drink. The location is great too. However, as the sleeping area is quite dark, it’s possible to see all the dust floating around under the lights and on the first day, there was no air conditioning so it was super hot. On the second day, the aircon was switched on and on the third day, the aircon was switched off or reduced in the morning which made the place warm and stuffy again. I’m from a tropical place but the heat was really making me unwell since it’s indoors. One can switch on the fan in the cubicle but it’s also really dusty. The bed is comfortable but the sheets are too small and keeps coming off. The bed can be in a sofa position but it can become flat. When it becomes flat, the bed takes up all the space in the cubicle so one cannot store anything high upright (even a backpack must lie down) under the bed storage area. There’s 3 showers and 4 toilets which thankfully were not fully occupied at any one time. Towels need to be requested if staying more than one night. Toothbrush, cotton bud, cotton pad, a pack of tissue, sleeping ear plugs, towels are provided, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are in the bathroom. They provide paper towels and paper cups at the sink area. Overall it’s a really dusty place with weird temperature control which really affects one sleep so I wouldn’t be staying there again.

AArnold DayritWe usually stay in a newer boutique hotel in Tenjin. We had to stay in Plaza Hotel Tenjin this time since our fave hotel was fully booked. We booked two rooms - a semi double non smoking room and a double smoking room (they ran out of non smoking double rooms).
Location is good. The hotel is near Akasaka station and Tenjin station. A lot of good shops and restos in the area like Ippudo, Lamp Light Books Cafe, Little Napoli, Billy's, Apple, Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Levi's, Muji, and dozens more pre-owned clothing stores.
Hotel is kinda dated. As expected, the rooms are small but the bathrooms are even smaller. The bed mattresses, comforters, curtains, and carpets have seen better days. But the amenities like yukata, coffee, tea, and tons of toiletries are excellent.
You can expect your room to be (limited) cleaned, i.e. replace towels, bring out the trash, and vacuum the carpet, daily between 10am and 11am only. Wish that they also replace and fix the beddings daily for long-stay guests like us.
Check-in and check-out procedure was a breeze.
Front desk personnel (specially the Japanese lady staffers) were very helpful specially when we needed two taxis to go to the airport during rush hour.
Just like other small hotels, it has a common room with an ice machine, vending machines (for drinks), microwave oven, and coin laundry. All these were very useful and convenient to have.
