Service was friendly, free coffee was nice. Location great but can be loud if the window is in the direction of the street.

The hotel room is considerable small and outdated, but they are under renovation so hopefully, they will be upgraded soon. Location is nice a 5 minutes walk to Tenjin-minami ext 6 station. Check in is smooth and easy, you check in the traditional way with a person. My booking come with breakfast, the breakfast is amazing, although it is very small place, but the food spread are amazing, need to the butter roll, its really good, the butter is already inside the bread. And by the way the rooms are tiny but shockingly the washroom is not that small, it is considered wide bathroom, but the towel are like dollarstore towel so thin, but they do clean the room every morning and change the towels. Overall, it is not a bad hotel, simple and clean. Hope they get rid of the carlet soon hahahahah.

The daily cleaning staff's standards are not the same. Some days we find perfection, some days we don't replace things that need to be changed.

Pretty central location, near Canal City / yatai area, Nakasu, and Tenjin. Lots of restaurants nearby that are open until 3am. There's a nearby bus stop along the main road going to the airport. It's a bit of a walk away from the train station though especially with luggage since the nearest exit doesn't have elevators, but it's not too bad. Breakfast isn't buffet style, they serve a tray. Good portions and tastes great. Room was spacious enough for Japan standards, there's an electric stove, microwave, plates and utensils. The hallways are open air and a little dated but it wasn't a problem. Would stay here again :)
