Struttura nuova e ben mantenuta. Camera spaziosa e completa di tutto. Colazione molto asiatica ma buona. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

estremamente simile! Il design dell'hotel è molto particolare, il linguaggio del design di Aldo Rossi è molto forte. Mi piace molto l'ingresso misterioso. L'unica area pubblica è il buffet tutto il giorno. La colazione per due giorni è stata abbastanza buona. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Nakasu Yatai è appena fuori dall'hotel. Non è lontano da Tenjin a piedi. Altamente raccomandato per le coppie che viaggiano!

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Tra la città dei canali e Tenjin. La camera era spaziosa e pulita.

It’s between 2 subway line. Around 15 mins walk with luggage. Everything was good, the only thing is that the lounge service. We booked because it shown free drinks and snacks all day but when we arrived, then found out the lounge service only available 5-7pm daily as they changed their rules and regulation. Overall the room is clean and spacious

We had an absolute great time staying at this hotel, the entrance was mindblowing and cool, and the interior was very nicely designed. Hotel room was quite huge for Japan standards as well, and the toilet was very spacious. Generally everything was also super clean, so we have no complains!

very accessible between hakata & tenjin, everything around is walkable within 20mins. lots of variation of food around the area as well. hotel facilities are new and well maintained with a big tub in the room. not your usual japanese style hotel, definitely worth giving a try. affordable and budget friendly

A very interesting hotel with incredible design. The lobby, the corridors — everything is beautifully designed. The room was very spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you could need, including skincare products. Also you get a box of welcome chocolates) The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made the stay even better. The breakfast was good — nothing particularly special, but definitely nothing bad to say about it either. If I had to point out one downside, even though it’s difficult to find one, it would be the elevator. The hotel isn’t that big, but one lift doesn’t seem to be enough, and sometimes you have to wait around 3–5 minutes.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Il Palazzo. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were professional and attentive. There always seemed to be plenty of staff around, which made service efficient, although at times the lobby and common areas felt a little crowded and busy. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, though somewhat on the smaller side. Breakfast was good, but the selection was a bit limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the hotel offered good value and a comfortable stay. I would consider staying here again when visiting Fukuoka.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a unique style.

I was definably recommend if you bring a parent or kid to Fukuoka can stay here, the room was very big and clear. and also they provide 3 meal + 1 dessert per day. super yummmy.

Excellent service with a full board - Buffett line for breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and dinner. Rooms were larger than most Japanese hotels. Great location to both hakata and Tenjin. Located in an area with plentiful restaurants. Easy access to everywhere. On a separate note the hotel is designed super trendy and chic with high attention for details. Only 2 con is the pillows thought was too small and too soft would have preferred if they had a selection to accommodate sleeping preferences. The other con is noise if you are someone who can’t tolerate noise from the outside as the hotel sits right at the bridge where there’s a big food truck open space and there’s lots of independent singers and entertainers which the noise could disrupt your sleep If your rooms face that direction and you are an early sleeper

The hotel is beautiful both inside and outside. The room and bed is clean and comfy. All day breakfast is absolute superb.

I checked out today and came back to pick up something I thought I had left at the hotel, but the staff told me there were no lost items found.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is a little off, and it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the nearest station, but everything else was great. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable, and it was also quiet—so I had a great night’s sleep.
