Very helpful and courteous staff. Good size family room, very close to subway(use exit3 for lesser steps climb although exit2 is nearer). Very elaborate breakfast.

The room is sooo tiny. I'm a petite woman but I still feel it's too small for one person. If you don't smoke don't forget book the smoking free room type. I didn't notice that when I booked online and I'm glad they changed for me though. Japanese breakfast and free breakfast is the plus. And the location is awesome. It takes 5mins to walk to Ohori park. All is said and done, if you have limited budget to find a good hotel with good amenities, you can book this one.

Good location and easy to access Fukuoka 's attractions. Satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation. Free ground coffee is provided in the morning.

Stayed at a family room with 4 single beds, the room itself is ok, size was decent, but the bathroom is super small, almost can't move at all. Location is fine, 2 mins away from the subway station, and 10 mins away from Tenjin, 20 mins away from airport.

위치는 도로변에 있고 도진마치역이 10미터 앞에 있어서 접근성은 매우 좋음. 숙소가 매우 협소하고 화장실과 샤워욕조가 같이 있어서 조금 불편함 냉장고가 초미니로 너무 작고 오래되고 청소도안되고 불결해서 음식보관이 어려움

너무 작은방에 침대를 두개나 좁았어요 오분거리에 오호리공원 호텔바로옆에 우동가게,이자카야(새벽1시) .세븐일레븐 좋네요.오래된 호텔이라 가성비로 가시면 괜찮을듯 합니다.

깔끔하다는 말은 차마 못하고 화장실에 딸린 욕조도 매우 좁아서 남자분 사용하기엔 불편할 것 같지만 가격이 너무 저렵합니다... 일본에서 가족 넷 이 가격 주고 이정도 넓고 침대를 4개 주는 호텔은 처음이라 사실 불만보단 감사... 하루종일 엄청 걸어서 진짜 피곤했는데 1인 1침대 사용하고 편하게 쉬었습니다. 제일 가까운 2번 축구는 계단 오르락 내리락이 심해서 사용하지 마시고 조금만 더 걷고 5번 출구 사용하시는걸 권유드립니다. 그리고 근처에 10분 정도 걷고 MARK IS 쇼핑몰도 갈만한 위치에 있어서 애들이 엄청 좋아했습니다.
