The room is a little bigger than normal Japan hotel.  At least I can open up two luggage in the room

the hotel location is super super convenient, right next to the mtr akasaka station 1 minute walk. specially in fukuoka it made everything easy. room was consider roomy compared to the others and the bathroom is very nice too. Surrounding the hotel many restaurants and convenient stores so you can get walk you need within walking distance. however i found that the hotel staffs are kinda cold when they speak to the hotel guest (like robot). they just read you the rule and any request you made you will be like talking to the wall. they will tell you NO and read you the hotel policy. not so friendly to overseas guest in my opinion given that i spoke and ask them politely. i will book this hotel again for the location only but not for the hospitality.

Nice place and view

The location is excellent with 1 min walking distant to subway. Cafe, restaurants, supermarket, convenience store, drug store are nearby. Room Size is acceptable for the price. Clean and tidy. Meanwhile it was not so satisfy with the tax of staying charged. I hv only one person, but the staff insisted to charge me 2 people tax. Their explanation was the booking i had reserved for 2 ppl.

This hotel is located in very close to Akasaka station. Around the hotel many cafes and restaurant. However, the convenience stores are not close to the hotel. Amenites are very new one.

Good location, good services and highly recommended for families and friends.

Standard room size of Japan hotel. We expected it to be a bit larger by looking at the pictures. Not quite recommended for travelling with baby as there is not enough space for the baby to move around. We have to open the 2 luggages at the corridor but have to move a bit for opening the door. However the hotel is new and with a convenient location at Tenjin. However, we cannot find a number to contact the front desk in the whole room. Whenever we need help, we have to go to the reception in person.

Very helpful front desk staff. Good location not too overly busy and noisy like Hakata. Will definitely come back for my next Fukuoka visit.

Location is really convenient, 3 mins walk to the subway. Room size is considered as rather comfortable in Japanese standard. Service is good , staff all speak good English. Helpful and polite.

Though location is 1 stop away from Tenjin, the train station entrance is just a few steps away. Easy access to amenities & eating places around the area.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean. :)

Clean room, convenient location and great service. Room service is good and prompt, will come back and stay again! Room space is adequate as well

Prefect location, most of the staff are nice :) There is are 24hrs self service store. Added breakfast option on site, which was around 2,300/head. Breakfast was so-so. In general, it is a great and comfortable place to stay ;)

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Remember to use Exit 6 of the Akasaka Station for a lift to move the luggages. The hotel is a few minutes walk to station and about 10 mins walk to Tenjin.
