Ottimo affare per un hotel per chi ha solo bisogno di dormire un po' tra una giornata impegnativa e l'altra. Devi fare praticamente tutto da solo, ma per il prezzo è un affare. Una grande sorpresa è stata la presenza di una lavatrice. Ovviamente devi sapere un po' di giapponese per usarla (traduttore di Google), ma sono riuscito anche a lavare velocemente i vestiti sudati di ieri. Ti danno il solito spazzolino da denti, pettine, asciugamani e accappatoi. La stanza era pulita e ordinata. La doccia era pulita e, come previsto, piccola. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Non è stato così male come dicevano altre recensioni. Se venite in Giappone, aspettatevi che gli hotel business e gli hotel in generale siano piccoli ma compatti e abbiano tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno. Questo spazio è abbastanza grande per 2 persone. C'è anche una cucina dove potete cucinare, microonde, frigorifero e lavatrice. La stazione ferroviaria è a 10 minuti a piedi, ma ci sono stazioni degli autobus nelle vicinanze, quindi non è così difficile spostarsi in città.

Check in is smooth. Upon entering the room, felt very dusty. Found many many spots of thick dust not clean. Air condition is very dirty with black spots on it. Will not recommend this hotel as it is very dirty and dusty.

Pros: Location was pretty good with easy access to either Hakata or Tenjin. Some of the good restaurants were within the area too! Bedlinens and towels were clean. Povided daily changing of towels and clearing of rubbish. Was able to allow luggage storage for awhile after checking out at 1100. Cons: All table tops & racks were full of dirt/dust. Had to wipe them over many times to get them clean! Very disappointing for Japanese standard! Super low sink! Had to brush teeth and wash face using their kitchenette basin area (lucky we had that). Very soft mattress… was pretty miserable to sleep on for us suffering with lower back problems. TV doesn’t have YouTube/Netflix. Wasted big balcony for no use at all (since laundry could be dried in the shower room). Would have been great to use up this space to enlarge the super small room instead!

No cleaning services, you leave used towels in an open basket outside the door to exchange for new towels which is very unhygienic. Walking 15-20 minutes to tenjin or hakata station. Reception very unfriendly and rude, she is not willing to help nor answer any questions. Rooms very small, requested for 2 beds but they are put together and almost no space to separate them. Can only open 1 luggage at a time. Not much space to put luggage

飯店只拍出房間的照片，本來以為只有兩張單人床，結果一看房間內的設施非常滿意，洗衣機、廚房一應俱全，也整理得非常乾淨。上午比較難遇到服務人員，但是用email聯絡都會在半小時內回覆，服務不錯。距離天神站和博多站大約是三個公車站牌的距離，飯店門口就有公車站，走路散步的話大約20分鐘距離。

어쩌다보니 혼자 가게 되었는데 전체적으로 너무 만족 했어요! 일단 숙소 주변에 편의점 여러개 있어서 너무 좋았고 하타카역이랑 텐진역 둘 다 2~30분 걸으면 갈 수 있길래 그냥 걸어 다녔는데 풍경 보면서 걸으니까 금방 가더라구요ㅎㅎ 무엇보다 욕실이 분리 되어있어서 친구랑 같이 와도 각자 할거 할 수 있겠더라고요! 식기류랑 세탁기, 전자레인지, 탁상? 등등 다 있어서 더 좋다고 느낀것 같아요. 그리고 보일러 대신에 히터 틀수 있어서 춥진 않았어용. 보안도 생각보다 너무 좋아서 놀랐어요ㅎㅎ굳이 단점을 말하자면 화장실 서랍에서 다른분 소지품을 발견해서 청소가 아쉽다? 정도인것 같아요. 그래도 다들 친절하셔서 좋아요! 담에 또 방문 하려고요ㅎㅎ 미성년자는 호텔 홈페이지에 있는 부모님 동의서 써가면 됩니당

야나기바시 시장 가까워서 좋았고, 버스랑 지하철도 가깝습니다. 세탁기 아주 좋구요 세제도 하나 있어요. 일본 숙소가 전반적으로 그렇지만 바닥 난방이 안돼서 히터 틀고 잤더니 목이 칼칼합니다 ㅠ 한국 온돌의 위대함이란... 1월의 후쿠오카는 꽤 추웠어요. 침대 매트리스는 그다지 편하지는 않았어요. 일본 숙소 치고는 꽤 넓었습니다. 냉동실 있는 냉장고여서 좋았어요!

房間備有洗衣機及小廚房，也都有附廚具微波爐！ 早上走去魚市場吃海鮮，飯店人員也會協助check in! 離地鐵站也很近！

텐진, 하카타역 둘다 걸어서 20분 정도 거리예요. 멀게 느껴질 수도 있으실 거 같은데 저렴하게 예약한 거라ㅎㅎ 걷는 걸 좋아해서 문제 없었어유 숙소 바로 앞에 버스정류장도 있고 지하철역은 10분정도 걸으면 돼서 좋아용 냉장고, 티비, 포트 다 있구영 욕실 용품도 다 있어요.. 샴푸나 바디워시는 일회용은 아니고 클렌저나 로션 이런 건 일회용으로 있어서 조아여 칫솔은 좀 거칠긴 한데ㅎ 괜히 세안 용품 다 챙겨갔어여. 발수건, 얼굴수건 제 방에는 각각 3개씩 있었고 더 필요하면 또 받을 수 있어요 11월 말에 갔는데 난방 무조건 틀어야해여.. 좀 춥더라구여 쇼핑하고 숙소 와서 짐 놓고 다시 또 나가고 그랬네영 텐진쪽이랑 은근 가까움 방음은.. 나쁘진 않은 거 같아여 제 옆방에도 누가 있었는데 별 소리 안 들렸고 3박 4일동안 딱 한번 말소리 들었어여 굉장히 만족스러워용 근데 체크인 잘 알아보고 가셔야할 거 같아요! 저한테는 어플로 메시지가 왔더라구요 체크인 하는법?같은 게. 한번 확인해보시고 메일로 미리 문의하는 것도 좋을 듯. 저는 직원이 있었지만 직원이 없다면 굉장히 애먹을 거 같은..? 입구쪽에 우편함같은 통이 있는데 거기서 방열쇠를 꺼내주시더라구여 엘베 타려면 그 열쇠를 공동현관처럼 생긴 곳에 꽂아서 열어야 엘레베이터로 가는 문이 열려용..ㅋㅋ 좋았숩니다
