Hotel a 4 stelle a Fukuoka Hakata Ward

It was a great experience to stay, nice staff and great location, all amenities you need can be found in the hotel. Donki, Matsukiyo amd metro station just nearby, convenient for different travellers^^ Will be back again~

Croom hotel is a SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! The receptionists were accommodating and helpful, and the room itself was warm and cozy. All of the facilities in the room were kept very clean too. EXTREMELY good locations surrounded with cafe/24hr Aeo supermarket/convinient store/ few minutes walks to Kushida shrine/Canal city mall and many more! We will definitely will stay in this hotel again : ) Miss市𡞴Itchisobo San is so helpful and friendly 👍🏼

Extremely clean hotel. The shower is very comfortable! Staff is friendly. We had a dinner course at the hotel restaurant. It's very quality and of great value. The only disadvantage is that there's no on-site parking. You could get a coupon to park in a nearby car park for 1500JPY per night. But it's a 5-min walk from the hotel and it's quite tough to walk outdoor in the winter. The public bath room is very clean and comfortable.

Room is clean and room size is decent. Although the beds are comfortable, both I and my wife do not feel the pillows are not that comfortable. One big problem is that there is only a single switch controlling all lighting in the room including bathroom, corridor, sitting area and the lights over beds. Hence, if you want to go to toilet during the night, you have to switch on all the lights in the whole room. Location is okay which requires around 5 - 7 minutes walk from Hakata station. Quite a few coffee shops around the hotel that breakfast is available. Will I come to this hotel again? Probably not because I will choose to stay in Tenjin next time, not because of the hotel quality.

Grande posizione e molto vicino alla stazione. Per il viaggio su strada, si possono facilmente trovare parchi auto vicino. L'hotel è molto nuovo e il personale è utile per l'efficienza (p.s. ho lasciato la chiave della carta nella mia stanza e immediatamente hanno rilasciato una nuova chiave per me). Buona esperienza per questo giro e sicuramente scelgo questo hotel come il mio primo tempo di raffinazione.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a good mix of both Japanese and Western options—healthy and delicious, with the cheesecake being a standout treat each morning. As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 1 night in a twin room at this hotel and we were very pleased. The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. We carried 2 small suitcases and there was just enough space to open it up fully. I agree with some of the other reviews, in case you have a large suitcase, it will be tight. Positives * Good location (approx 13 mins from JR Hakata Station). * Comfortable beds. * Good shower/ bathroom. * Friendly staff and extremely helpful. * Check-in and out was easy without any issues. Negatives * There was hair in the corner of the bathroom. It looked like when the floor was cleaned, it was swept into the corner and forgotten about. * Some difficult to reach areas were not dusted.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Located right in the central area of Hakata. There is even direct access from the hotel to the Hakata subway station and from there, just a short subway ride to attractions and only 2 stops from the airport station. The breakfast standard was also good. The room while quite new, but was very small. Difficult to put luggage with any room to move around.

Very good encounter with hotel and staff. Very polite staff. Hotel is in a very good location near the Hakata station. But very quiet, which is valuable. Convenience stores and car rental shops are nearby. Will recommend!
