Excellent service! I made a mistake in stating our requests for 2A1C, as our boy was fifteen. Yet, while checking into the fully booked hotel, the reception managed to help us solve that. Kudos to the management and excellent service. Breakfast was excellent, too! Will definitely come back on our next visit.

Ho sempre avuto un grande fan di Grand Hyatt, ho trascorso due notti a Grand Hyatt Fukuoka con la mia famiglia nell'aprile 2024. La stanza era buona, soddisfaceva le aspettative delle nostre richieste precedenti. L'hotel è stato molto pulito, ma non è stato posto un fan di disonore, quindi non è stato un problema. Il bagno è stato incredibilmente ergonomico e si può godere di un sorprendente bagno caldo dopo un lungo giorno di shopping. L'hotel è vicino a un grande centro commerciale (con rimborso fiscale per i visitatori!) Abbigliamento, beni sportivi, negozio JUMP, centro di gioco con molte macchine da cucina (si può davvero vincere molte cose là), farmacia, negozio conveniente, si chiama.
Abbiamo anche avuto colazione a buffet in hotel che era piena di una buona varietà di cibo e tutti i gusti eccellenti!
Sarebbe certamente di nuovo se in futuro potessimo visitare Fukuoka.

Very nice hotel, excellent location. Great services, delicious breakfast. Very convenient, around 8-min walk from the Hakata station, 5-min walk from the nearist subway stop, 7-11 is just 1-min away. We stayed there with a 4-year old toddler and requested a step stool in the bathroom in advance (for him step on it when washing hands). The staff was so kind to arrange and suggested a bed guard which was really useful and made our sleep safer. There is a large bathing area with a sauna in the hotel. I didn't go there but my husband and child had a great time and wonderful experience of traditional Japanese bath there. My kid loved it and requested to visit every night after we returned to the hotel (we stayed for 5 nights). And the best in summer is that there are laundry machines! 500 yen solved the laundry problem and made our trip nice and clean. Very well-managed service and facilities. Thank you all staff! We had a great time and good rest!

Unfortunately nothing interesting to take photo. Only best is the convenience infront of Jr and bus stop. Also there are underpass from JR to hotel. Only that the underpass exit gate is closed when the shops are closed so it is not opened 24 hrs. The room is not vacuum. So many rubbish under the bed. It is more old school facilities in the room. The ceiling light with thread hanging act as switch on and off. Iritating as swayed to our head as we are walking from the bed from the tv from the window. We got the highest floor with the laundry that was plus point. And the bed to our liking nit hard. We liked the location. Our bus stop just opp of the hotel and along the hotel. Breakfast is good. Hv bread gronola mango and salad for me. The breakfast area staff are ok. Nice staff. Only we hated the concierge staff as a whole ****** and unfriendly. No further detail to describe. We stayed in shin osaka last year the staff are opposite attitude from hakata.

So, I decided to stay an extra night in Fukuoka. Booked the last room at the last minute thinking I was booking the same Randor, I booked the night before. Well…there are two with similar names within walking distance of one another. Since I went to the wrong hotel, I used their call the desk feature as this is a no frills, light on staff hotel. The guy was super helpful letting me know we were at the wrong hotel. I was checking into the right one in about 30 minutes. This one was just as clean. Great value for a place to lay your head if you’re pretty much out and about all the time. Nice view of the big rain.

È stata una brutta esperienza per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti in questo Hotel Oriental. L'aria condizionata era molto debole. Ho abbassato la temperatura a 19°C alta, fresca ma ancora molto debole. Ho espresso il problema dell'aria condizionata alla reception verso le 9:30 del 19 aprile del mattino. La signora della reception ha detto che avrebbe dato seguito. Sono tornato in hotel verso le 23:15 e abbiamo scoperto che la temperatura della stanza era ancora troppo calda per noi. Eravamo molto stanchi e rinunciammo di nuovo a dare voce. Nessuno dell'hotel ci ha dato una risposta. È stata una brutta esperienza trascorrere 3 notti in una camera tripla in questo hotel.

Accedi con una macchina come un kiosk, ma resta con il personale vicino a te per aiutare.L'hotel è stato il più piccolo hotel commerciale che abbia mai fatto. Invece, è stato bello lavorare proprio davanti alla stazione, e il centro commerciale della stazione Hakata è grande, quindi consiglierei brani per gli acquisti piuttosto che per la vista. Mi preoccupava che l'odore delle sigarette fosse cattivo nelle precedenti revisioni, ma fortunatamente il numero di piano che ero lì non era odoroso, ma gli adulti non lo raccomandano. Il bagno è troppo piccolo rispetto alla stanza, quindi può essere sconveniente di usare.

As a first-time visitor to Fukuoka, I was enamored by the city's charm, and this hotel quickly became a highlight of my trip. From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all.
Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.)
Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay.
The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare.
The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed.
Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to ”defrost” and clean up before heading up to sleep.
Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay.
This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

UUtente ospiteSono attratto da questa posizione, dall'aeroporto di Fugo alla stazione di Bodo, c'è due stazioni sulla linea dell'aeroporto di metropolitana, da Bodo alla stazione di metropolitana all'hotel per circa due minuti a piedi.Questa volta, voglio andare a Bodo e a Shangkou County, quindi questa è una comoda casa. Le strutture sono le strutture necessarie dall'angolo davanti alla reception. Dal punto di vista ambientale, penso che sia un buon tentativo.Voglio rimanere qui di nuovo.Grazie mille.

PPgcresRoom size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

MmharsnVery clean, well organized, and not too far from the train and metro station. The self check-in seems to not work more often than it does work, but once you're past that, everything is easy. Plenty of private toilets and showers. Lockers are tall and can fit a 14 inch wide backpack. All amenities are provided. The mattress is thin and the pillow is hard. Room temperature is fine.

TTravelholicsThe location is good as it connected to a sizable shopping mall. The room is decent small but there was very poor sound proof. The musical fountain next to the hotel with loud volume awoke us every 10am in the morning. On the last day of our stay in 7am. The couple next door were having noisy adult exercise… bang bang bang… to the wall between our room was sucks. We heard their yelling and breathing clearly all thru the time. We didnt take any photos from the room…Its really a terrible experience for our stay….n we will not come again..
