Nice hotel with public onsen and Mount Fuji views,but unfortunately we are not able to see the Mount Fuji due to weather .

A great hotel to stay if you want to have non-crowded onsen experience. Has smoking room on each floor, drawers filled with yukata, hair brush, cotton buds etc available on each floor as well. Upon reaching Kawaguchiko Station, you can use a pay phone and call the hotel to send someone to pick and send you to the hotel.

Overall a pleasant experience at this hotel. Location, cleanliness, amenities (onsen), room spaciousness are worth the value. Staffs were friendly and helpful to attend to any request, the staffs could speak English, mandarin and Japanese👍

Our room looks at Mt. Fuji!
We stayed a night after hiking Mt. Fuji and it was the best decision. We were a group of 3 so we stayed in the tatami room with 3 futons. Space was a bit tight with all our luggage and bags, but understandable. The onsen was nice too!

Had a great stay here! Location was good, there was a restaurant just outside the hotel. There is also free shuttle service provided to and from Kawaguchiko station.
Free public bath as well, which was nice and relaxing.
View from the room was amazing too! Could see Mount Fuji clearly
Will definitely stay here again when I visit Lake Kawaguchiko.
PS: you will only be able to see it if the sky is clear! Photo below was taken at 5am.

I booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji, but it's hard to say there was no view at all. The "view" of Mount Fuji was quite amusing, as the entire scene was obstructed by power lines.
Other issues mentioned in reviews include the checkout time and luggage storage problems. The room's decor was very mediocre, and the pillow was extremely uncomfortable. I could give a zero-star rating just for the pillow; I've never encountered such an uncomfortable pillow before.
The window design is baffling—was it intended for sleeping? By 5 a.m., you're already greeted by a flood of sunlight! I have to say, this "ingenious" design deserves a negative score on its own.
The hot spring experience was disappointing. The hot spring outlets were not even turned on, and the water was full of various debris and hair, which was quite shocking. Furthermore, the hot spring did not provide towels; you had to bring your own from the room. Overall, this is one of the worst so-called resorts I've ever stayed at.
Next time, I will definitely book a chain hotel like Marriott, where at least the membership services and standards are relatively more reliable.

Location: Easy to find in the middle of Kawaguchiko area, plenty of parking spaces

Room was clean and big. Friedly staff and check-in was swift. Within 5mins drive to supermarket and eateries.
