Hotel con piscina a Frydendal

I took my daughter here for her 18th birthday. I read the reviews but she saw tic toc reviews that were great and we just chalked it up to some people being picky… we later realized they were absolutely right! Ill start with the positives. We initially met Xena the front desk person and she was great as well as the concierge across the hall. The go cart drivers were really nice too. I had two nice waiters a young lady i cant remember her name and a gentleman. Other than that i was generous giving one star. The rest of the front desk crew doesn’t bother to say hello when you stop in.., they very are rude, dismissive, nasty. The taxi drivers pretend not yo have change and charge 23 dollars per person so essentially its 60 bucks for s ride to the airport. The cars stink and the seats are dirty. We were nervous to take a taxi anywhere else and there wasn't a whole lot close by so essentially we felt kinda stuck. Eventually we figured out there was a shuttle to Coki beach through listening to other guests and went there which was the highlight of the trip. Food at the restaurant wasn’t good. Cheese is everything. Think of tgi fridays with 18 percent gratuity and rude service. Lastly there was a roach in our room and noone cleaned, left towels or made our bed the whole week we were there. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Dont do it!!!
