It’s an older hotel, it definitely needs work. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls need painting and a little TLC.

the furniture in the room was a bit tattered and the smoke detector only had the wires hanging out of it. The AC was working but you couldn't adjust the temperature. Very noisy in hallways. For $200 per night, I would expect more than what I got.

In serious need of DEEP cleaning, maintenance, renovations, and staff training. I don’t mind a dated hotel, but this place appears to be attempting a “DIY home improvement” project with really terrible results. On the plus side, our beds were comfy, the hotel was very quiet (due to most of the guests being construction workers), and the AC in our room worked great. On the negative side, housekeeping removed our “hung up” towels every day, and didn’t replace them with new; epically bad bathroom renovations - holes between shower tiles, loose bath and faucet fixtures, flooring has splattered paint all over it; carpeting BADLY in need of shampooing; and breakfast was very poorly staffed - good luck getting any hot coffee or food once the first rush goes through, because replenishing empty containers was either going to take an hour OR it just wasn’t going to happen at all.

The area and things that go on in this section of town are not for me. I was very happy with staff. I saw a man mopping every evening and the housekeepers were always busy cleaning. Friendly and accommodating. All the other reviews are valid. During my stay my rear car window was spit on and I had to go through a car wash/. I also was leered at by one man in particular that was staying an extended period of time . Told front desk and they confronted the man but that’s all that was done. Of course he got mad. Long story/. To make it short I felt VERY unsafe in this area. Once I got to the room I felt ok but I was yelled at and harassed by this man at 9am. I felt the price was way too high. Pull out couch had giant brown stains. Suspected bed bugs. Had to pay by 11am sharp to stay another night or staff pushed you out. I was here on business and this was not convenient. Will eat breakfast w dirty construction workers or strange men leering at you. Just know this is the type of clientele who typically stay here. We moved hotels and the new hotel felt like a palace. I will never stay here again. I would not recommend for vacationing families or single women. Smell on bottom floor extremely bad. Could see shady dealings from my window. That’s the view you will have here. I look back now and think wow I can not believe I stated here.

We arrived at 11pm tired from a long day of travel and waited for a half hour for someone to show up to the front desk so we could check in and get some sleep for an early morning meeting. A lady arrived for work 1/2 hour late and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. She made her way to the desk, set her purse down then proceeded to make it our problem that we showed up at 11 at night. Never mind we had a flight that just got in. We called the hotel but the front desk phone rang and rang. We couldn’t reach anyone at ******* for help either. My fiancé is in the hotel business and had never experienced anything like it. He would have fired the woman in the spot. She was also rubbing her stuffed nose with her bare hand after giving us our key. Gross.

The place needs to be renovated. The price being charged does not reflect what you are paying for. Staff was friendly

we had a problem with rooms , first room lock didn't work, the second room door didn't locked, they moved us to third room and it was not so nice like the first one. my parents had to call to talk to the manager , no discount was offer , we won't be staying in this hotel again, and I would not refer any of friends to stay there either

I never write reviews, but this was so terrible I had to. We were scheduled to get to the hotel after our flight around 11:00pm. I called ahead to tell the hotel and they assured me that was fine and my room would be waiting. We got to the hotel as planned to find no one at the front desk. I called repeatedly but had to wait 50 minutes with two exhausted little kids just for someone to get to the front desk to check us in. Then they told us our room with two queens was gone, but they could offer me a king with a pull out couch. The pull out couch was a twin pull out and was terrible stained. They also had no blankets to offer for that bed. So I was forced to sleep on a heavily stained twin pull out with no blankets. We were able to switch rooms the next day to at least have a bed I fit on but there was no apology ever made or anything done to try and correct the horrible wait or not having our room that was actually big enough to hold our family.
