Holiday cottage approx. 5 metres from the ocean overlooking the ocean and the Great Belt bridge. Panoramic view from both house and plot and there is a private beach. Located on 2500 m² large plot bordering a protected lake and natural area. From the balcony on the west side of the house you have a great view of the lake and the large garden that has outdoor lights etc. On the ground floor, where you have access to the garden/terrace, there are 3 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a scullery with a large freezer and washing machine. On 1st floor you will find the large combined living/dining room with access to the balcony. The living room has a large flatscreen-TV, DVD player and radio. The large panoramic window means you can enjoy the view even more. Both TV in the living room and dining room.
