Frisco: hotel a 2 stelle

Il personale di manutenzione è sorprendente e amichevole. La persona del desk front era brutta e aveva un commento intelligente. La prima stanza mi è stata data la stanza bagnata che ha un odore di urina. Ho fatto un giro verso le scale e le ho chiesto di avere un'altra stanza. Sembrava frustrata, ma mi ha assegnato un'altra stanza. Non mi ha detto dove si trovava la stanza finché non sono pronto ad entrare nell'ascensore. Sono arrivato nella seconda stanza. Era un piccolo, lucido tessuto e la stanza era a tre sedie, dove se qualcuno sedesse, potesse guardare nella stanza. Poi sono andato al divano di nuovo, mi scusò e chiese se aveva un altro posto disponibile. Ha sbattuto e, con un tono frustrante, ha detto: “Che c'è di male con questo posto che le ho detto che non mi sentivo a suo agio e volevo solo riposare. Le chiese di usare la stanza. La chiesi di chiarire la sua domanda e in quel momento ella disse in modo insulto: “Devo sapere se avete usato la stanza per poterla pulire. Le ho detto: “Non devi essere brutta. Non ho un tono brutto con te. Allora lei ha risposto: “Ti darò questa ultima stanza, ma se non ti piace questa, ti darò un rimborso e potrai andare in un altro hotel. La terza stanza era molto migliore di quella che le ho ringraziato e le ho informato che era grande perché non dovevo essere così disgustosa nel mio comportamento come lei mi ha fatto. Non è solo quello che dici, ma come lo dici. Se non fosse per il fatto che qualcuno l'avesse finanziato, avrei chiesto un rimborso in quel momento e andato fuori. Non ho mai avuto una tale bruttezza in tutti gli anni di soggiorno in alberghi. Non tornerò a questo hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Frisco. This is a nice location. It is quiet and easy access to any needed venue. Employees are friendly and engaging. Gloria, in the breakfast room does an exceptional job keeping the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Plus, she greets you each morning with a smile. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would stay here again.

Selected this location as it was very close to some family business we had in in the area. Was there for one night and everything was just as I would have expected it should be. Parking was convenient, check in was quick and easy, valet carts were plentiful, I was acknowledged as a platinum elite member and assigned my room. Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was well supplied and fresh. Checked out later the next morning. Would highly recommend.

I have never had a poorer experience in the hospitality industry. I have left maybe 3 bad reviews in my life and in general, do not rock the boat, but this stay cannot go unreviewed. I have stayed at Motel 6’s which are 5-star compared to this place. Firstly, it took forever to check-in. Second, when we entered our room the free-standing dresser was leaning to the side. We asked the front desk person if there was anything maintenance or anyone could do about it. He came and checked on it and when he moved it, it broke he did not bat an eye and told us when we asked about the possibility to change rooms, he said first of all, ”NO,” and we should stay here because quote, “We were lucky because there are some people in the building who have no AC.”! We were flabbergasted but we tried to stay positive and just asked if the maintenance crew could come later and just accepted it. He said they would not come until tomorrow as it was their day off, but he did not know if they would make it to us due to the backlog of issues. We were still peeved but we just shrugged it off. Then we noticed one of the beds was broken and sagged in the middle. Again, we just moved on. Then one person in our party wanted coffee in the morning. The coffee maker did not work and spilled hot, coffee ”flavored” water everywhere except the cup. We had to use all but 2 hand towels to mop it up. They almost refused to give us more towels even though we told them what happened. We had 4 women in the room, we needed more towels even if that fiasco did not happen. After asking and pleading, they gave us 2 body and 2 hand towels. We got ready for the day, took some breaths, and looked forward to going out and coming back to perhaps at least a few new towels and our old, drenched towels taken away, which we left in an area of the bathroom accessible to the cleaning staff but not were it would make the whole floor slippery and endanger the cleaning staff. I am not trying to pat ourselves on the back, I am just trying to emphasize that we do not as individuals ever blame desk or floor workers unnecessarily that are trying to do their job especially when they are not being rude. This is clearly a management and owner issue but I will mention some workers were just stone-faced and very annoyed that guests were asking for help and requesting towels. Apparently, we were not the only hotel guests having issues. That being said, we came back from a long day to damp towels still there, a broken dresser, and no sign any staff had been there at all. On top of all these issues the shower drain was broken, the handicap-accessible ramps were very unsafe (lots of cracks and uneven sidewalks as well as not a well-lit parking lot). I mention this because they also were unable to give us a handicap-accessible room and one of our members has a broken leg even though we asked ahead of time. At one point we considered asking for a refund and going to another hotel, but our stay was non -refundable, which w

Dopo due giorni, è ancora molto soddisfatto nel complesso. Da Dallas a Houston, è ancora stato scelto il tru di Houston, perché è davvero buono. La colazione sarà meglio, ma l'hotel ha acqua potabile è davvero buono.

It has been great staying at La Quinta all of the staff have been wonderful and very accommodating to our family’s needs. The breakfast is delicious especially the biscuits and gravy. Special thank you to Angela and Sarah for going above and beyond to make special accommodations for us! I would like to acknowledge Sydney as my husband and I can get very picky she has been patient and understanding. We’ve been here for a week and are definitely enjoying our stay. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff here. God bless you all!

The staff is amazing, if I needed anything at all they were available to help me out. I had their breakfast and I was very pleased. I did not get to use the pool because I didn’t have a chance but I saw many people that looked like they were enjoying themselves. I talked with a few people on the elevator and all were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and fluffy pillows. Room was very clean a bathroom. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting by yourself or family. Lots of places to go see and do very close as well.
