I am an ambassador to the Marriott family of hotels. JW knew what he was doing when he created this incredible legacy. Hall Park Hotel is an autograph property - this property is about 8 months old and is absolutely impeccable in every way. From the welcoming staff (especially Brian Corwin) to the beautiful entry to the amazing surroundings. Ford Park is right across the street. I went to III Forks steakhouse and the French onion soup and house salad was spot on - highly recommend it. Plan to visit Legacy West tonight. Again, I can't say enough how much I love this property.

First, if you are visiting Texas and you are in the Frisco area, you definitely need to stay at Hall Park Hotel, Autograph Collection. I had the pleasure to book my stay with Gabriela who is the Sales and Events Coordinator and she was super sweet and went above and beyond. The FD team, who included Katie, Brian and Alisha were very professional and outgoing to take care of their guests. Valet was great as well. Thank you to all for a perfect stay. The pictures on the web site does no justice as the Hotel is Gorgeous. I had no complaints as the room was super clean, the pool was refreshing, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The entire staff was 100% at their best.

I want to thank the hotel for upgrading us to the Presidential Suite. The suite is like a large two bedroom two bath apartment with an oversized balcony stretching from the outside of the main bedroom to the living room. We are Titanium members, booked the base room with points for one night and were blown away at their warm welcome and generosity. Everyone was competent and friendly and the hotel is quite new so everything worked well. They also have Klur bathroom products, which was a nice touch! Breakfast food was well made.

Staying here for 3 nights while moving. Location of the hotel is great, very close to most of the attractions or POIs within Frisco, but also close to the Dallas North Tollway and with that just a 30min drive from Dallas. We were lucky to get upgraded to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a full kitchen, living room area, small dining table, as wall as a workspace. Given we were moving and hence traveling with more luggage and had to work from the hotel room this upgrade was extremely welcomed. The interior design of the room is modern and beautiful. Also loved the very large bathroom with two sinks, makeup table, tub and separate shower. Everything in the hotel still looks very new and the design is very modern and tasteful. Everyone from the hotel we interacted with was very nice and professional. Definitely will stay here again when looking for a hotel in Frisco. Maybe for the 2026 World Cup 🥳

This was a great hotel we booked at the last minutes. We came here based on the outstanding reviews online. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The hotel feels new and modern. Price was reasonable. Lots of options for food nearby. Easy drive to Dallas from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here if in Frisco.

Pros - Great friendly staff - Fun location - Comfortable beds Cons - Bedroom design (see pictures) - Weekend self parking situation - Small pool The family enjoyed the hotel and the location was great for someone with friends around the North Dallas area.

This hotel is amazing! Friendly and welcoming staff, impeccable accommodations, idea location near plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. My husband and I are currently enjoying our stay here and have been so pleased with the service and accommodations. I would highly recommend this hotel, as well as the restaurant, Palato! Definitely a 10/10!

I’m breaking up with Dallas and staying in Frisco! We loved our stay here! The service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door and we were greeted with a lovely Valentine’s Day drink. The room was warm and welcoming. The music in the bar was nice. The restaurant was fantastic! We want to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool with a view. We highly recommend!

Very beautiful hotel and very nice rooms. Valet only parking is pretty frustrating as the giant parking lot is literally 20 feet from the entrance. Lobby is beautiful and cozy. Service in the lounge was lacking, waited 20 minutes for someone to come by, eventually had to ask to host if someone was coming, they did comp our dessert for that which was nice. Walk to The Star is easy, but be aware the street you cross has some fast traffic, be careful. While we were out for the day, my wife left her silky pajamas sitting on top of the bed where she always does. Upon our arrival they were gone. We checked everywhere in the room, called the front desk, and did a lost and found report with them and they never showed up. This was pretty frustrating as we know where we left them, so something seems a bit suspicious here. The lack of effort to recover the missing item was also frustrating.
