Converted mill with private pool. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Private walled garden. Located in the hamlet of La Molineta near the white village of Frigiliana. A spacious and luxurious house decorated with hand made tiles and original artwork.The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge with wood burning stove, a separate dining room and kitchen. There is also an utility room with washing machine. Double doors lead from the lounge to the dining terrace with pergola and built in BBQ. From the dining terrace 2 steps lead to the tiled sun terrace and then on to the pool terrace surrounded by superb planting. The garden is completely walled and private. The pool is 8m. x 4m.Off a half landing is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with its own access direct to the garden. On the upper floor is a twin bedroom; a double bedroom with air conditioning and a dressing room with a single bed, ideal for a young child. There is also on this floor a family bathroom and roof terrace with fantastic views. The new house is south facing and sits in its own fruit orchard and is on three levels. On the first level is a living room consisting of an open plan kitchen/ dining area with further seating area and a guest toilet with shower. The lower level contains three bedrooms & two bathrooms. Outside there is a full lenght shady terrace leading to a swimming pool of some 10 x 4 meters surrounded by grass lawns. In addition a purpose built BBQ with its own seating area. Parking: A secure gated parking area for two cars.Nerja: The Arabs called it 'Narixa' or 'Narija' (abundant fountain) and this location is settled on a magnificent natural spot on the spurs of the Almijara mountain range.
