Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per lavoro. Posizione centrale, servizio impeccabile, tutto molto pulito ed ordinato. Prima colazione molto buona e varia.
Ho apprezzato la mia camera singola molto spaziosa e luminosa.
Tutto il personale della reception, di sala ed il direttore sono stati davvero gentili e sempre sorridenti.
Raccomando assolutamente questo hotel e sicuramente ci tornero'.

Hotel is in a great location, next to the train station, close walk to the ferries, and across the street from the water. In addition, close to shopping, restaurants and a Rewe store. Has a dry sauna & wet (wasn’t working during my stay). Hotel staff friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast was excellent! I would stay here again!

I am an American and I like many things about the hotel as a tourist. The breakfast is of good quality, and offers a good selection of German foods to try out like the excellent breads, meets, sausages, and cheeses. In addition to more tame options like bacon and eggs. The location is excellent, right next to the main train station, parks, some shopping, and various restraunts. The museum is not too far either. The staff are friendly, have excellent english, and are always helpful. Also, if you are lucky enough to get a room overlooking the lake and park, the view is amazing! I have stayed many times and I can not say enough good things!

Would have liked decaf coffee. Loved the bathroom well appointed bedroom. Breakfast was good. Easy walk to lake. Really liked the windscreen wash in the garage. Would stay again

Nice modern hotel that was still easy walkable to the “Promenade” and harbor. Breakfast spread has nice selection and includes made-to-order omelettes.
They have their own underground parking garage so we didn’t have to look around.
They only really minor thing I would change: I felt like the room was bright inside during the day, but the lighting at night could have been better. Same for the bathroom, it felt rather dark.
