DIRECTV + Netflix, propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 1 queen bed, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 full sofa bed. 3 cars securely parked on driveway inside the gate fenceAbout pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:$50 fee is charged per pet in case multiple pets are brought. $25/person/night fee is added from the 5th guest in case there are more than 4 guests..No visitor is allowed in the house even for a short period of time. $25/person is charged for each of visitors in case of violation of this rule.,2 security cameras showing front and back yards, record videos.
