Outstanding service from Langdon who greeted us with a smile and was very professional. The room was clean and quiet. We were happy with the breakfast offerings - breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, milk, juice, pastries. Nice convenient location next to the airport. Good value for choice privileges members at 10K points. Only drawback was that the pool wss closed for maintenance.

Il servizio era buono.Sono persone carine, ma quando andiamo in camera la batteria non funzionava molto bene, c'era i capelli sul bagno e una capsula in bottiglia sul pavimento, e la microonde non era stata pulita. KKorthuisHotel decente con camere ben pensate che sono in piccole dimensioni per il loro punto di prezzo. Hotel è stato un buon personale attento, un piccolo bar caffè e le strutture adeguate. Camere pulite e temperate e non a rumore essere su una strada principale. Si consiglia di questo hotel per un soggiorno di una a due notizie le tariffe elevate non rendono questo hotel un vero posto di valore per soggiornare a lungo termine.

UUtente ospiteSo glad we picked this hotel. Our first night stay was just what we were hoping for. Very comfortable mattress, friendly staff, quiet, easy check out the next day. We returned at weeks end staying on a Friday night catching a plane out of Fresno at midnight. We checked out around 10 p.m. Unfortunately, our plane was cancelled. I called the hotel and asked if we could check back into the same room, and they said the keys would be waiting. I called back again because I realized we had already returned our rental car. I asked if they could send the hotel shuttle and they did. I called a third time because waiting for our luggage was a nightmare. They said the driver was already on her way, but they'd call her to go back to the hotel, and for us to call when we got our luggage. So, I called one last time when we finally got our luggage, and they came and picked us up. So friendly! That's good service!! P.S. Breakfast was good, too!

UUtente ospiteI enjoyed my brief stay at the Hotel Piccadilly. Would I be willing to stay here again? Yes. Are there pros and cons for me? Definitely. Instead of separating the pros and cons I am just going to ramble on about my stay and let my feelings about it dictate my final star rating. PRO: the rooms aesthetics are better than other places I have stayed in Fresno. I like this pace, black out curtains, desk, multiple TV channels, fridge, level of noise and the hotel is in a nice location, and it has a restaurant (I did not dine there). CONS: It is not immediate located near 99 nor 41, so if you are there for work, you have to take travel time into consideration. It is easier to move around if you have a vehicle. I appreciate the professional look of the front desk. But I felt judged when I walked in. I know I am tattooed (a sleeve only) but do I really have to tell people I am an RN to get respect. The stairs to the room that I stayed in was frightening. They do not feel safe. The doors to the hallways were never locked. There were no cameras in the hallways for an extra sense of safety. The to go breakfast was not worth it. What am I suppose to do with an orange and no knife. A prepackaged bagel. It literally turned rock hard after a few hours. Other places I have stayed that would be considered beneath the Hotel Piccadilly, cook the breakfast. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep. This place is not bad. I would stay here again in the future for that reason. I will also post this review on 2 other sites that I use. This is my own option on my stay and I am not sure if I can mention them here and every site has their own rating system.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this location as a way stop while helping move our daughter to southern California for school. We were caravanning with two cars loaded with household items. Prior plans to connect with family in the Yosemite area (and keep things secure overnight) had to be hastily changed because of evolving wildfires. We made a last minute reservation and pulled in to this hotel later in the evening. Ever aware of possible security risks, but knowing there wasn’t any way to avoid leaving things in the cars, we took a little comfort that they had someone sitting outside the hotel entry who the desk indicated was there to watch the cars –and we did take more valuable items like laptop computers to the room. When we returned to our cars early the next morning, both of them had smashed backseat windows. The household items, mostly packed in storage bins, were untouched. However, about half of our daughter’s clothes that were in a large stuffed duffle and two handmade quilts – one she’d made with her grandmother last year before she passed – were gone. I’m giving the hotel 1 star because of security. The security person they had out front seemed to be semi-catatonic, which had prompted my inquiry at the desk when we checked in, and which in hindsight should have raised more questions. However, with a last minute, nonrefundable reservation and being at the end of a 12 hour day of driving we didn’t feel like we had much choice. The signs about not leaving valuables in your car that dot the parking lot also aren’t much help, except for the hotel to be able to say “we told you so”. This is a hotel along the highway -of course there are travelers with stuff –most people aren’t just making a short trip to the corner mall. The hotel staff nicely helped get us trash bags, broom and vacuum to clean up all the broken glass, and provided the phone number for the police, but didn’t do much more. I asked about security camera footage since we were right in the field of view for two cameras –but the front desk couldn’t reach their manager to get permission to share it. I left my name and phone, but never heard back. We called the police immediately upon discovering the damage and stolen items, but they didn’t show up and so we left to start looking for someplace that could replace broken windows on a Saturday (hint, auto dealers aren’t likely going to be able to help). We got one car fixed at a glass shop associated with the local pick-n-pull –but it took about half the day. The other vehicle, which was less than a week old, I ended up driving to southern California without a window (which means other windows also have to be down to avoid the resulting wind throb –that’s fun for 4-1/2 hours) with the hope of finding a dealer to make the repair near our final destination. In the end, this is a crime hole. Until the Hotel finds way to really effectively ensure safety and security (it’s a cinch as others aren’t going to) you’d be be

GGregoryLo spazio interno delle camere è necessario aggiornare. Povera e sciocca manodopera è molto evidente in quello che c'è ora. La sala fitness è accessibile da una porta esterna accanto al lobby e quando ho cercato di aprirla due uomini senzatetto staccati fuori. Ci sono stati segni sul pavimento di soda, spero, non puzzava come l'urina, ma era sgualdrina. Hanno le telecamere nell'unità, ma non funzionano o nessuno controlla la stanza. Ho raccomandato che si svegliano ogni sera, perché è stato detto che non è la prima volta che hanno avuto questo problema. C'è un contenitore per lavastoviglie disinfettanti, ma è stato vuoto. Il fan della sala fitness non funziona. L'orologio sul muro non funziona, tutto questo è nella sala fitness.
La situazione di parcheggio deve essere affrontata, quindi una uscita è chiusa, quindi è necessario andare contro le frecce di traffico direzionale per uscire dalla proprietà.
