Check in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were pleasant, explaining the services especially the breakfast. The room was comfortable, and quiet. We were on the third floor facing away from the road, so there were no issues there. The breakfast was very good with multiple choices. The staff kept the food hot and the coffee pot full. The WiFi was strong, with easy logon. There were no issues with cleanliness in the room, the bathroom, or the public areas.

The hotle and its location are excellent. One problem is that the breakfast time only accomodates the workforce and not the tourists. The breakfast time ends very ealry the entire week. We have been traveling for over 40 years, and have stayed in lots of hotels that had a larlge number of workforce also staying there. But the accomodated both the workforce and the tourists.

So glad we picked this hotel. Our first night stay was just what we were hoping for. Very comfortable mattress, friendly staff, quiet, easy check out the next day. We returned at weeks end staying on a Friday night catching a plane out of Fresno at midnight. We checked out around 10 p.m. Unfortunately, our plane was cancelled. I called the hotel and asked if we could check back into the same room, and they said the keys would be waiting. I called back again because I realized we had already returned our rental car. I asked if they could send the hotel shuttle and they did. I called a third time because waiting for our luggage was a nightmare. They said the driver was already on her way, but they'd call her to go back to the hotel, and for us to call when we got our luggage. So, I called one last time when we finally got our luggage, and they came and picked us up. So friendly! That's good service!! P.S. Breakfast was good, too!

Dopo aver viaggiato in treno e aspettato un'ora per un Lyft, mi sono presentato all'hotel entusiasta di entrare nella suite spa che ho prenotato tuttavia al mio arrivo. Sono stato informato che l'hotel era esaurito e avrei bisogno di trovare altre sistemazioni. L'addetto è stato disponibile a chiamare tutti gli hotel della zona fino a quando non sono stato in grado di assicurarmi una camera dall'altra parte della strada a LaQuinta. Gli hotel erano perfetti. Sfortunatamente questo sito ha pubblicizzato e mi ha addebitato una stanza che non era nemmeno disponibile. 3/20/21
