Honestly, the price and service are completely mismatched. I can't believe I paid around $60 per night for the following experience:
The shower only provides cold water, and there's a sign telling you to limit your usage time.
The power outlet isn't located near the mirror, so using a hairdryer while looking in the mirror is impossible.
The bed sheets are full of pilling, making them uncomfortable to sleep on.
Outdoor tables are left uncleaned for days, with bird droppings in the same spot showing no sign of maintenance.
The living room TV isn't connected to Wi-Fi, and guests can't access it to watch movies. The staff Wi-Fi is required, but even when asked, the staff claim they don't know how to connect it.
The staff are not only unfriendly but outright dismissive, often saying, "That's not my job," when asked questions.
I was deeply disappointed that this is the level of service offered by YHA.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the friendliness of the other guests, but this has nothing to do with the service provided by the staff.
