Appartement bien situé. Belle vue sur le port. Balcon bien orienté.Les équipements sont fatigués et mal entretenus : placards de cuisine défectueux, bouilloire entartrée, matelas usé et sommier en mauvais état. Les oreillers sont de mauvaise qualité, jau
