Zimmer waren wie erwartet gut eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben sehr spät eingecheckt und erst bor Ort nach einem Babybett gefragt, welches uns sehr bald darauf im Zimmer aufgebaut wurde.

酒店員工的服務我其實都覺得很友好，非常樂意解答我的問題跟幫忙，前台解答了不少我的問題也為了讓我能停到去酒店車位提供了協助，但可能我在國內的時候當我在多個行李箱的搬運遇到問題都會有工作人員來幫忙協助，這次在萬豪酒店裡麪考慮到員工不多，可能沒辦法提供這樣的協助，但需要客人自己拿着行李箱放上去酒店的行李車再自己自行推上去， 我認為這方面有可以改善的空間，早餐也挺豐盛的，但沒有人能幫忙提供行李協助真的令我印象猶新

這個酒店非常差，歧視華人，前台小哥很壞，中東或阿人，説攜程沒有預訂成功，要現場付款，聽説要找攜程溝通他突然説ok了，沒問題了，但是要求加入會員並建議以後不用攜程！ 機場穿梭巴士要花錢，而且體驗很糟心！ 酒店衞生很差，沒看到有清潔人員，房間有異味，洗手間特別臟，希望少一些人掉坑🕳
