Lovely surroundings. If anything else is important to you, think twice. There is no staffed reception. I got my notification about check-in at 19:55, after ********** had worked for an hour and a half first to get through to the place (unsuccessfully), then to find me somewhere else to stay. I got a basic room with thin walls and transparent curtains. Neither the shower room nor the toilets had lights the two days I stayed, so I needed to use them in the mornings only. My room was fairly clean, but everywhere else was quite messy and partly dirty. If you can handle that, price and location is good. Be aware that lots of the information in their presentation is incorrect: – Restaurant, bar, laundry facilities or coffee shop do not exist. – Wifi seems to exist, but does not work. – Blackout curtains do not exist. – Located near a train station is not correct. The train station is 26 minutes walk away, according to Google Maps. Either that or five minutes walk plus two short and free ferry trips, plus eight minutes walk. – Daily housekeeping is not correct. – The place is not a B&B, as there is no food available. You might be lucky and get a room in a building with a kitchen, but you will not know until you get there. All that said, I would consider going back. I know what to expect, and on some occasions I don't need more.

Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call

When I booked the room, I booked it believing that there was breakfast included. There was no breakfast, which was a bit of a deal breaker for me. Also, the walls were paper thin, and you could hear the other guests in the communal area chattering on until very late. The bed was very uncomfortable. On the photos, the rooms looked very cozy and cottage core like, but in reality my room looked more like a worn down 1950's servant's accommodation. I ended up just staying one of the nights I had booked, and booked a room in a hotel with higher standard and breakfast. Another thing was that the room I was in was on the ground floor right by the entrance. You could clearly hear people coming in and out of the building, and it made me feel really insecure and afraid. I kept waking up during the night with a really bad feeling. I honestly don't feel like I got what I was promised, at all, and that it was a waste of money.

Prachtige locatie, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. De ruimte is erg gehorig en eerder een hostel dan een B&B/Hotel, wat de prijs wel doet vermoeden. Kastjes in de gemeenschappelijke keuken stonden vol met spullen van oude gasten en leek niet te worden bijgehouden. Slechts 2 toiletten voor 6 meerpersoonskamers en 1 badkamer met 2 douches (die dus enkel tegelijk gebruikt kunnen worden) was zeer beperkt. Onze tweepersoonskamer diende ook als opslag voor 2 andere bedden en was de hotspot voor de wifi-verbinding met kabels door de hele kamer en een raam dat daardoor niet dicht kon. Het bed sliep wel lekker, maar door de rest van de ervaring was het alles behalve een fijne plek. De slechtste overnachting van onze reis. Heel jammer, want de locatie en het gebouw hebben echt potentie als hier meer liefde/aandacht in wordt gestopt.

Vasking av huset var under det man kan forvente seg. Huset i seg sjøl er fint og beliggenheten er koselig. Men spesielt kjøkkenet var rotete og vanskelig å finne fram på.

De byggde om bron över till ön så det gick inte åka bil sista biten vilket gjorde det rätt mycket besvärligare

Veldig fint overnattingssted ute på Isengard! Litt problemer med innsjekkingsintruksjoner som ikke kom på melding, men fikk raskt oppfølging over mail. Anbefaler ankomst med byferge om timing tilsier det. Selv ankom jeg og dro tidlig som gjorde at jeg måtte gå et stykke fra/til sentrum.

Ok for en natt - enkel standard. Kunne vært litt bedre renhold. Ikke så ok at toalettet ikke har vask og at man må inn på dusjrommet for å vaske hendene (spesielt når det er opptatt). Pluss for at det er stille og fredelig om natten.

Sjarmerende sted for den historieinteresserte. Savner at det sto i beskrivelsen hos ********** at huset er fra 1799, så det var uventet og føltes som å sove på et museum. Allikevel- vi hadde et fint opphold. Gode senger, rene omgivelser og god plass til en familie. Kjøleskap og rikelig med dekketøy. En liten minus at det var ca 500m til parkering, som ifølge beskrivelsen skulle ligge på stedet. Til gjengjeld så var det gratis å parkere.
