Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Fredericksburg. Marsha and Steve (owners) were the best and have put a lot of work into Whitetail Court Hotel (new hotel). The location near main street is fantastic and the cottages are very comfortable. We have been to Fredericksburg several times and have stayed in several places, but will be booking Whitetail Court from now on. Do yourself a favor, book here the next time you visit Fredericksburg, you won't regret it. Oh, get some ice cream while you stay as Steve has one heck of an ice cream business on the property as well.

Steve and Marsha have thought of everything! Lovely room, amenities, and the ICE CREAM is the bomb! So are the lovely products from Italy. Beautiful cottages and located in an easy to get to area with parking. THANK YOU. Will stay here again.

The cottages are lovely, well appointed and with very chic bathrooms. The hosts are lovely people, Marsha made us very welcome. Short walk to the main street but far enough way to be peaceful. The ice cream parlour on site is a very welcome bonus, Steve serves up some wonderful flavours. If I ever find myself this way again I would book again no question.

This is a beautiful, luxurious and delightful hotel. Every detail is well thought out. The hosts are gracious, and the ice cream is delicious! Downtown Fredericksburg is an easy stroll and parking is easy, close and free. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The property and our cottage was amazing! This place does not disappoint! Marsha and Steve are about as nice of folks as you will ever meet! We HIGHLY recommend them! This was our first experience in Fredericksburg and they made sure it was a wonderful time! The property was within walking distance of main street, shops and restaurants.

Our stay was luxurious and relaxing. The property is charming. The design is beautiful and the modern villas create a private courtyard that is inviting and peaceful. It right off Main St but it doesn’t feel like it once you’re inside. There were several impressive touches including the delicious homemade ice cream. From the wallpaper to the bathroom fixtures and toiletries, great attention was given to every detail. I’ve been telling everyone I can - I highly recommend staying there.

This hotel will be our go to from now on whenever we visit Fredericksburg. It was lovely! The owners , Steve and Marsha, were so friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and so quiet. It’s one block off main st so within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The courtyard was a great place to sit in the evening with a bottle of wine. The property consists of eight cottages - there was a wet bar in the room with complimentary mini bar/fridge. Water and soft drinks were complimentary. The free homemade ice cream and homemade chocolate chip cookies were an added bonus! I highly recommend this hotel for couples who are looking for a getaway in Fredericksburg. My husband and I are looking forward to many return visits.

Cutest spot in Fredericksburg! It’s just what Fredericksburg needed. Cozy, comfortable and amazing ice cream and cookies. We will definitely be back for the holidays. It’s conveniently located off Main Street and the perfect spot to end your day. So much thought, detail and love went into this sweet spot.

This is a great hotel! Just one block off Main Street you get proximity to shops, restaurants, and fun, without all the noise. The room had everything we could need plus great toiletries. Marsha and Steve greeted us warmly and ensured we did not want for anything. They were sold out for the weekend and even though we saw some people in the common areas we did not hear anyone from inside our room. Complete privacy!
