Motel is located a short drive south of Frederick, Md., on interstate 270. Checkin 3pm (we were allowed a noon checkin) and checkout is noon. Rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped with microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toiletries and plenty of towels. Ideal if you want to save some money. There is also a hairdryer and iron/ironing board. Breakfast is served every morning near the lobby. As noted in many reviews, the breakfast is basic but decent with most of the items served in sealed packaging with microwave and toaster available. The offerings include: coffee, tea, milk, juice, coffee mate, sliced bread, packaged dry cereals, yogurt, frozen waffles, and microwavable “Jimmy Dean” breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast starts at 6am weekdays and 7am on weekends. Coffee/tea offered in the lobby 24 hrs. Free parking around motel. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. I recommend this motel if you are looking for clean, decent accommodations at a good price. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when I am at Frederick.

L'hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato e super pulito. Tutto è nuovo nella stanza e il modo in sala sono puliti. I letti sono giusti - non troppo fermi ma non troppo morbidi. I pannolini erano grandi. Di solito le cucine dell'hotel sono troppo piene di tutto quello che mettono in essi o altro troppo vuoto e piatto. Queste cucine erano eccellenti. Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel che ho incontrato sono stati super amici e di aiuto. E voglio dire veramente amichevole, non fate faccia aziendale amichevole. I bagni erano super potenti. Non c'era una pellicola di pampì debole che girava qui. Basta colpire il manicomio e il contenuto è andato in un secondo. Boom! Marriott ha probabilmente ottenuto questi ricavi dell'esercito dalla Iugoslavia sotto l'ex Unione Sovietica, sono così potenti e fanno il lavoro, la zona è sicura e non si teme né la sicurezza personale né la sicurezza automobilistica. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla strada e facile da raggiungere, ma il rumore della strada non è troppo cattivo e non è un interruttore.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First, the rate was very reasonable despite our stay being over the 4th of July holiday. Staff was very nice and efficient at check in and through out our 3 night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Did have to watch a spot where the tile floor met the carpet. It was damaged and we were cautious when walking in that spot. We also had an issue with the tv remote and they took care of it while we were out for the day. The sink was on the outside of the bathroom. And the shower was a step in shower. I did not realize it when I booked the room, it doesn't show in the photos. I do have severe arthritis and this was is so helpful to me verses a tub shower combo or a handicap shower with seat. I think the website photos should show this, helpful to folks like me or maybe a family who needs the tub and shower combo for bathing little ones. Breakfast was enough to get you going and out the door. Saturday and Sunday it was the same breakfast offering of the egg with cheese. We opted to do breakfast elsewhere on our way out our last day. Our stay was very quiet over all and we were pleased with things over all. This was probably one of nicest stays at Choice Hotels location.

When I got here, I was excited about the clean and spacious room and was thinking I'd found a great new place to stay; however, this is definitely a one time stay for me courtesy of rude and unhelpful front desk staff. As a business traveler, I have extremely long and hectic days. I was little surprised and concerned when I saw that ”quiet hours” don't start until 11:00 p.m. Sure enough, around 9:15 a group of people started making a ton of noise not far from my room. On the rare occasions that has happened at Hilton, when I called the front desk they sent someone up to locate the sound and dealt with it. When I called the front desk here, the woman said she couldn't do anything about it if I couldn't give her a room number. Already in bed, I wasn't really looking to get dressed start walking the halls. As with many situations, the way she said it was probably more off-putting than what she said, even though I would've thought she might've cared enough to come up/send someone up. I asked if I could move rooms and she sounded annoyed but said I could. Then a few minutes later she called back, said there aren't any groups staying near me, and that quite hours don't start until 11:00 so if it's still noisy after 11 THEN I can move rooms. I never lost my temper but I told her that 11:00 is pretty late to begin quiet hours and she said, again in a pissy tone, that no matter what people will be unhappy so this is what was decided. Newsflash: quiet hours or not, any time a paying guest is miserable in their room and unable to rest because of other guests, the hotel staff should be willing to either do something about the noise or accommodate the unhappy guest. I stay in hotels every other week 52 weeks a year and this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is definitely not a good hotel for anyone who shows up exhausted and needing to sleep during a business trip full of long days. Who would've thought the Red Roof Inn hotels would have better customer service than Springhill Suites - and for $79?!

Moe era il miglior receptionista. Era veloce con il mio check-in e abbiamo avuto una grande conversazione. Volevo tornare qui solo perché era così bello. Non solo il servizio era grande, ma la stanza è aggiornata e estremamente pulita. Certamente tornando!

When I checked in, there was a mix up about my room type. But the very friendly and helpful front desk staff quickly handled and corrected the mix up. The staff is very friendly! There was no housekeeping service because of labor issues. But they were quick to provide us with additional towels and take away our trash. They have complimentary coffee and hot water all day! There are snacks, beverages, and liquor that can be purchased in the lobby. One complaint is that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like. The crevices in the shower and corners of the bathroom were disgusting. There was a long hair that did not belong to me or my husband in the shower, stuck to the shower gel. We had a suite and the bathroom was not near the bedroom, which is where the closet and dresser was. This made getting dressed complicated since I had to walk back and forth to get to my clothes and toiletries. Additionally, after using the bathroom, you have to touch the doorknob to get out of the bathroom-before you can wash your hands. So, be sure to sanitize that doorknob! It was nice to be able to open the window for fresh air. However, there was green mold growing in the window. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, the accommodations were reasonable for the price.
