This expansive two-level townhome is conveniently located just a short walk from downtown Winter Park, where visitors can enjoy a selection of restaurants and diverse shopping options. The interior is tastefully adorned with modern upgrades, making it an excellent choice for a vacation rental.
The entrance to the townhome features a spacious coat room, ideal for storing boots, skis, coats and additional storage is available in the area outside the front door. Within the shared hallway, there is a stacked washer and dryer, convenient for laundering clothes after outdoor activities during your vacation. Additionally, guests have access to a private indoor hot tub. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a cable television equipped with a DVD player, an en-suite bathroom and access to the indoor hot tub. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and provides access to a full bathroom located in the hallway.
The upper level of the unit exudes warmth and charm, features a vaulted ceiling adorned with pine paneling. The open-concept design includes a fully equipped kitchen illuminated by a skylight, complete with new countertops and appliances, as well as a cozy breakfast bar accommodating two. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs for six, providing access to the south-facing solar sunroom. The living room boasts a substantial moss-rock fireplace, a cable TV accompanied by a soundbar system and a Blu-ray player. Guests are encouraged to utilize the stereo system with a CD player which is connected to both the living area and hot tub space. The sofa sleeper conveniently converts into a full-size bed, enabling the town home to accommodate up to eight guests. All guests need to be aware that there is a security camera at the entry door of the unit.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
