This townhome in Fraser boasts a spacious backyard, perfect for pets, and is ideal for families looking for a rental property. It offers ample space, hardwood flooring throughout the unit and excellent amenities. Situated conveniently close to downtown Fraser, with its restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails, residents can easily access all the area has to offer. Additionally, the free town shuttle stop is conveniently located near the main entrance.
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, cozy sofa surrounding a wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV and sofa sleeper for extra sleeping spot. Access to the private deck with view and a picnic table for outdoor meals.
The fully remodeled kitchen includes a small breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is an alcove with table and chairs that seat up to six persons.
Adjacent to the main entrance of the unit, you will find a washer and dryer in the hallway.
