In the fifteen+ years of traveling for work, this was one of my very top hotel experiences! The hotel itself is great, and then add to it the outstanding customer service from every single staff member. My king room on the 6th floor was clean, large and comfortable. The only thing missing would have been a microwave in room as I typically have most meals in my room for health, time and financial reasons. However, they had two microwaves that were accessible downstairs in the lobby. I woke up in the mornings without back pain, which always tells me the quality of the bed. The bathroom was large, clean and had a great shower (no tub) with a rain head as well as a handheld sprayer. I didn't use the coffee maker other than to heat water through it to make my own coffee. Here, a Keurig would have come in handy, but I checked in advance, so I brought my own. Noise. What noise? None!! It was incredibly quiet and made for a great night's sleep - that is once I could turn off the Showtime and Netflix that was offered on the TV. The 6th and 7th concierge floor came with a lounge that's on the first (lobby) level. They had real eggs (!) and real bacon (!!) in the mornings along with other options, evening Hors D'oeuvres that were ok, and they said desserts later at night but I never checked those out. The lounge was closed on the weekends, but they gave a coupon for the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. It's all these things that make for such a great stay! Even the elevators were fast and had clean carpet. The gym looked good but I never had time to try it. My meeting room: we had about 50 people. Banquet staff was wonderful and made everything easy. On the first day they were helping me set up my microphone and projector, and checked in on subsequent days to make sure all was going well. There were large groups next to us and though we could hear them a bit, it wasn't too disruptive and we felt well taken care of throughout the seminar. The room was large, clean and temperature was good. Best for last: I realized on day #3 and #4 that I wasn't congested at all. Typically, by then I have a bit of ”hotel congestion/allergies” from cleaning products, hotel air, etc., but I had absolutely no reaction to this hotel! So, whatever products they are using for cleaning and laundry are clean and also, fragrance free. No weird or strong smells. The staff!! From start to finish, they were exceptional! Big thank you to Joey and Tim who both went out of their way to accommodate. The others, though I don't have names, were also amazing. Thanks so much!

L'hotel è decisamente datato, potrebbe utilizzare alcuni aggiornamenti. Era abbastanza pulito ma non quello che considererei fantastico. C'erano famiglie e bambini nella hall che urlavano e sbattevano le porte fino all'una di notte. Anche con una macchina del rumore era molto rumoroso. Non ci tornerò.

L'hotel non pulisce la stanza ogni giorno, ma devi chiamarli e dirgli che devi pulire la stanza. Qualcuno verrà qui per aiutarti a pulire la stanza, ma le strutture della stanza sono vecchie

# Buon complimento # per la disposizione della camera, comodità del letto, vicino ristorante, posizione, isolamento del suono, isolamento del corridoio; scegliere due letti grandi e un tipo di camera. Dopo essere rimasti, ho scoperto che il letto di divano era un po'smutato e ha contattato subito la sorella della reception e ha cambiato la stanza immediatamente. La posizione dell'hotel è molto pulita. Ci sono un grande parcheggio gratuito. Ci sono diversi ristoranti fuori dall'hotel. Sono accanto alla stazione di benzina. Sono a pochi minuti di auto per l'università, in generale.

Hotel was sold out so the rooms were already assigned when we checked in. This wasn't an issue until the 4 of us on this trip walked in to a 1 king bed room. We went back downstairs where the front desk acted like they weren't going to be able to switch us because it was sold out. We checked in a little early so there's no way everyone staying had their rooms already- it should have been a quick switch. Finally I pulled up the reservation to show we had booked a 2 queen room. We went to the new room and dropped our stuff before heading out to a concert that we were in town for. When got back to the hotel after midnight our experience got even worse. One girl went to shower and noticed mold on the shower ceiling. The rest of us were welcomed with wet feet from the damp carpet. We were so tired that we just decoded to climb in bed. Imagine our auprise when ALL of the bedding was just as damp. It was so icky and uncomfortable none of us could fall asleep. I called the front desk to let them know around 2am and they said they'd send housekeeping up at 6am. No one ever came. I also mentioned all of this to the lady during checkout and wrote a note to have the manager call me when she was in on Monday. No one called. I've called now 3 days in a row and nothing. Very disappointed in our stay and in the hotel's communication.

Why the 1-star (e.g. terrible) review? Old and outdated. Noisy HVAC that did not regulate temp. Did not meet ”4-star” quality. ”Felt unclean”. Dried blood on bathroom floor. Street traffic woke me up multiple times between 2-6am. Poor value, too expensive for quality. Rooms Issue was Quality and Cleanliness. Splatter of dried blood found behind the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Needs vacuuming. Superficial uplifts, but outdated overall. Beaten up and used. Old shower style. HVAC are old, noisy, and do not regulate temp well. Room was loud. 13th floor, but still could hear traffic between 2-6 am, including music from occasional cars. Service When I book the room over the phone, requested adjoining with the Marriot central booking agent (not the hotel, but main number). He did not book the correct rooms (cannot book the typical king and double rooms. Must book a suit and adjoining room). He did not place the appropriate note within the reservation. However, front desk appropriately addressed the concern. They were very pleasant and supportive. Overall, good service in the end. Location Location is great with close access to OSU and downtown. The only drawback, the hotel does not have parking. You either park with their valet (45/night) or park in an unaffiliated lot distant from the hotel and walk (not sure how far, we just placed in valet).

Sono solo un tipo normale. Non faccio molto soldi, sono un paramedico. Quindi, quando spendo i soldi guadagnati, mi aspetto di avere valore per quello che sto spendendo. Non l'ho ottenuto quando sono entrato in questo hotel. Devo dire che il personale era abbastanza amichevole e per coloro che mi seguono sa che mi sono davvero concentrato su persone che non si fidano di ciò che fanno. Ma in questo posto, vedo cosa gli piace quello che fanno. Per esempio, ho ordinato servizio in camera: Bovine (oltre l'ultimo hotel per il mio migliore amico Winnie) Pasta e 2 colpi doppie di Gin e Tonics (è stato un giorno brutto e non vi disturberò con i dettagli) costo totale $158.... Sciocco! Hanno già aggiunto un $25 gratis al conto (e ho dato al ragazzo di consegna $10 in contanti sopra) La nostra stanza era solo $189! Oh, e il parcheggio è $20. Non nemmeno al giorno, ma ogni volta che sei andato fuori e tornato. Darò a questo posto una 3 di 5 stelle perché il personale era fantastico, ma non più per i prezzi troppo inflati e la sorpresa che ho scoperto troppo tardi.

Stato qui per una sera prima di un incontro presso la banca di Huntington, che è direttamente intorno alla strada. Da quando si entra nel lobby, si può dire che questo posto è speciale. È bellissimo decorato in un stile di arte di grandi dimensioni. Il lobby ha anche un sigillo di firma, che si può riprodurre con candele spezzate che vendono sul desk front. È entrato nella mia stanza e è stato soffiato lontano dal bellissimo interno e dalla MUGE bagno! Questa camera da bagno è più bello di quella rinnovata casa! Ha avuto bevande e cena al Ristorante Keep sul livello mezzanine e lo consiglio molto bene. Mi dispiace non avevo motivo di rimanere più di una notte!
