交通比較方便，房間清潔，服務熱情。用於咖啡的咖啡奶應放上四小合，最好能在衞生間放上洗髮液。

Good but very far from the city.
The staff wanted me to leave at 11:00 pm, when I asked about a late check out, or he was going to charge me at 11:31 h! There was a guy at my door room asking me to leave at 11:10 pm! The front desk guy was very unpolite.
Breakfast was very good.

This was a business trip with my destination around the corner. The hotel, however, is located right in between two public transport spots that bring you to the city center easily and quick.

This hotel is very convenient if you have business at the American consulate. It is also far enough from the center of town that you don’t feel overwhelmed by hundreds of tourists! (That’s a GOOD thing!)

Location and facilities are good. The problem was with the personnel!
They are Understaffed - at 11 am, the check out time there was only one guy working at the front desk! I had to wait 40 minutes to figure out some stuff with my reservation!
They are Unprepared - I got charged twice because the lady who checked me in didn’t knew that ******* will pay the hotel - so I had to pay when on *******, and at the front desk!
They are Unprofessional - when I did the check out, the guy ignored me for 20 minutes!

This is my first time here . The two young ladies served us on June 4 afternoon are very friendly and helpful. We have tried the lobby’s restaurant around 9:15 pm, the waiter served us is very polite and friendly too ! The pizza is yummy. The room is big enough and clean . I like this hotel ! Thanks for the staffs here !
