Nonostante la conferma di prenotazione, non abbiamo ricevuto la camera.nessuna accoglienza alla porta di ingresso, nessuna risposta al telefono. Costretti a trovare una sistemazione alternativa giudizio negativo.

La cosa migliore è la posizione. Veramente in pieno centro. Poi il personale, gentile ed accogliente. La camera invece era mediocre, appena sufficiente considerando che per essere il centro di Francoforte ho pagato un buon prezzo.

Eravamo lì per una notte e non siamo riusciti ad entrare nella stanza fino alle 17:00 anziché alle 14:00 perché il proprietario/proprietario non era lì a quel punto. L'uomo gentile (la fata madrina che ha fatto tutto lì) era molto amichevole. Ma il manager sembrava molto caotico. La stanza era visivamente accattivante a prima vista, ma le foto che ho allegato la dicono lunga. Ne abbiamo chiesto al gestore, poi almeno i bicchieri dello spazzolino da denti sono stati scambiati, ma non è successo molto di più. Avevamo solo un telo da bagno per due persone, quando abbiamo chiesto, non siamo riusciti a trovarne un altro nella lavanderia. La colazione era piuttosto spartana e non necessariamente di alta qualità. Nel complesso, l'hotel offre molto potenziale grazie alla sua posizione e ai servizi generali, ma non viene utilizzato affatto. Invece, gli ospiti sono spaventati dalle stanze sporche. Sicuramente non prenoteremo più, anche se la posizione era ovviamente eccellente.

I stayed last night and rushed afterwards to see what tripadvisor said about it. Oh, wow, Leonardo's "Hotel from Hell" is spot on. Manager caught by surprise at my prepaid arrival, kept me waiting (in my case half an hour) while they sorted a room. Some investment must have been made, because the room seemed OK, except nothing worked. And like Leonardo said, it got worse in the morning. No lift, no sign of anyone, couldn't get into reception anyway, and had to just walk out onto the street...

Terrible experience; waited 2 hours to check in, no towels in room, no Wi-Fi. Breakfast room and elevator locked in the morning. All doors locked except exit to street. Forced to take our luggage and leave. Locked doors a safety issue. You get what you pay for.

Location was absolutely perfect, the staff was very friendly and lovely. The room was nice and clean. Would recommend Hotel Zentrum.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Frankfurt and it needs a bit of attention but this time we were very disappointed. Staff are down to two including the manager who doesn't seem to do much. The rooms are not looked after, the curtain fell out of the rail when I tried to pull it. The shower was broken. But the worst part of our trip was the morning. No one was around. No one answered the phones including the managers mobile. The hotel is accessible by a small lift and that was not working. No breakfast was on offer but the worst part was that they left their guests stuck in their rooms without any emergency help should there have been a problem. Or anyway of knowing if we could get back into the hotel if we went out for breakfast. The staff turned up at 12pm without much apology. It's a shambles and really sad because the location is great. I hope they sort themselves out.
