Ottimo soggiorno, camera, ristoranti, personale amichevole aiutare pieno, il bagno molto piacevole. Un grande tiro indietro ti ottiene solo un'ora il giorno della tua arrivo. Non ho mai avuto questo in nessun hotel dovrebbe essere almeno due ore. In ogni caso, il soggiorno è molto piacevole 😊

Truthfully this was a panic-booking! After LNER cancelled every train moving southbound from Newcastle, I just chose the cheapest place I could find in the city I was stranded in. With easyHotel, check-in was super seamless even though we had to wait a little bit in queue. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, and walked us through check-in and check-out. Arriving in our room, it was definitely cozy but it absolutely did the job for what we needed for the night! It was clean, bed was comfortable, there was television for entertainment, a table and a chair if you need them, toilet was spotless, and shower had wonderful water pressure. We were even allowed to order in food from Deliveroo at two separate occasions, which we thoroughly appreciated after a long and disappointing journey of cancelled trains and bitter weather. We had a fun dinner in our room while watching rugby, it just made for such an enjoyable stay! We slept really well and got freshened up for a new day with no hassle at all. Check-out was, of course, seamless once again and once we got out of easyHotel in the daylight we came to appreciate the stunning scenery of Newcastle we were nestled in! The location was surprisingly so nice, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect accidental stay to a new city. It definitely relieved so much of our tiredness and disappointment from the previous day. Definitely a 10/10, would recommend you to stay in at easyHotel if you're planning a short trip or a cheap alternative ♡

Rimasto al Grand Hotel per 3 notti con colazione. Solo un breve autobus o auto da Sunderland stazione ferroviaria e facile da trovare come è sul fronte della spiaggia con passeggiata di distanza verso ristoranti, caffè e arcade di intrattenimento. Vi è anche un Morrisons che si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole, l'hotel è molto pulito con tutto quello che serve nella vostra stanza da pannolini a tavolo a secco di ferro, tè e caffè caldaia, telefoni sicuri e una TV enorme. C'è anche una palestra, una grande piscina, una sauna e una stanza a vapore e un tubo caldo jacuzzi. Amorevole il mio soggiorno qui e io defo sarò di nuovo! Presto spero 😃😃

I organised a stay here for 19 people, from start to finish staff were extremely helpful with all matters. The rooms were perfect and better than what you’d expect from a hostel. We weren’t bothered by staff although having a large group of boys there for a stag do. Any queries we had throughout the weekend were answered by staff mostly Jade who was excellent with us all weekend not only helping us with advice about Newcastle and booking taxis but also having a laugh at the same time. I’d struggle to book somewhere else when I return to Newcastle.

L'hotel è un buon posto per il viaggio al Metro Centre - a circa 10 minuti a piedi. L'hotel è vicino a TGI Venerdì, e un ristorante locale vivace chiamato il Skiff Inn. Molto consiglia il Skiff Inn - il cibo è delizioso. L'hotel è a pochi passi da Asda e Aldi (vedi foto) e altri detentori nel parco al dettaglio vicino. Il personale è stato molto utile durante il nostro soggiorno. La colazione è stata buona entrambe le mattine. La macchina del ghiaccio in lobby è fab se si desidera bere/acqua nella vostra stanza. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto.

Più come un club 18-30 esperienza. L'hotel era fantastico, cibo eccellente e il personale andava via, via, ma la funzione principale di un hotel è avere un posto dove dormire. L'hotel aveva due nozze nella notte del mio soggiorno e tra le 12:45 e le 14:30 non potevo dormire per la grida, il riso, la festa che si stava svolgendo in tutto il corridoio. Non ho mai sentito nessun personale cercare di risolvere la situazione, solo un sacco di rumore. Ho dovuto pagare 20 sterline di surcharge per i miei cani e non sono stati ammessi nel ristorante - che è molto ragionevole, ma devo dire che erano meglio comportati che gli altri animali che non erano obbligati a pagare alcun surcharge o non obbligati a seguire qualsiasi norma di base in materia di comportamento. In occasione del check-out, non mi è stato nemmeno chiesto se avessi un piacevole soggiorno, ma suppongo che il personale non volesse confermare la loro cattiva gestione. Se questo è il tipo di stabilimento usato ma Trip.com, allora posso solo dire che le prime impressioni vanno da un lungo cammino e in futuro mi aderisco ad altri broker alberghieri.

It's a good price for where th hotel is it's nice and close to everything! But the restaurant inside th hotel has actually shut down and we didn't no this until we actually went to get food which was abit annoying! The staff were ok but not as friendly and nice as other hotels I have been to. I am diabetic and my blood sugar was dropping we tried to ask for help but they weren't to fussed thankfully there was a vending machine

Un amico che si trovava anche all'hotel ha avuto un incidente lontano dall'hotel. Ha attraversato un timone che gli ha tagliato la testa. Il personale di ricezione ha aiutato molto a pulire i piastrini e a fornire i piastrini.

Molto economico!E'molto conveniente andare ovunque, camera molto pulita, rapporto costo/prezzo alto
