Hotel in zona Framingham Plaza Shopping Center, Framingham

Unfortunately, this hotel is not up to Marriott standards. Yes, the lobby looks refreshed which is probably true but the rooms have not been changed in 20 years. The tub in the bathroom is disgusting. The overall look and feel of the room is dated and tired there are scrapes on the dressers and Wallpaper peeling it's just a hot mess. To the point where I went out and purchased slippers so I didn't have to walk on the carpet. I was kind enough not to request service every day being there for a week but when I asked for service it wasn't done. And when I went to the front desk to ask, they looked at me like I had six heads. The front desk people don't seem to have any hospitality in them at all nor do they clean the room cleaning people. It's such a sad state of a hotel I wouldn't side my worst enemy there after spending a week run don't walk away from here. There is a new hotel on route nine call the aloft, I would recommend you stay there over staying here. There's also a new residence inn in Natick, which would be a better choice.

L'hotel strada è un grande negozio, conveniente per gli acquisti!La stanza è fantastica!La prenotazione è un problema. Il quarto piano è stato prenotato per una notte, e poi il quinto piano è stato trasferito per sei notti. C'è qualcosa che è caduto nella prima notte. Il manager della stanza ( cinese) è molto serio per aiutare a trovare un trattamento.Il servizio della stanza è affidabile! Le condizioni di igiene sono molto buone. Sono state incontrate diverse volte con il manager per controllare personalmente la casa e controllare l'igiene, un po'incontaminato! Ma il servizio della ricetta (***) è molto scomodo. Quando si chiama la prenotazione, ci può dire di vivere in una stanza per sette giorni dalla prima notte. Arrivare alla ricetta e dire di no. Il vento dell'elettricità ha fallito. Andare alla ricetta. La ricetta parla molto velocemente, non è un buon atteggiamento!******

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto buono. Il personale è stato utile e gentile; il processo di check-in/out è stato facile in persona e con l'uso dell'app; l'edificio e le camere sono pulite. Il cibo evento è stato molto buono e una grande selezione. Alcune delle cose che erano difficili sono la struttura dell'edificio - il centro è buono, ma i lunghi corridoi per le camere possono essere molto impegnativi a navigare alla fine di un giorno stanco. Ho chiesto (e ricevuto) una stanza più vicina al fronte per alleviare questa questione. Inoltre, le toilette sono molto basse e sono difficili da maneggiare se la forza fisica non è 100%. In generale, mi piace questo hotel. Non è stata la mia prima visita e non sarà la mia ultima.

I've stayed at many Fairfield Inns around the US over the last 10 years or so, and this one was the least impressive. I responded to a customer survey after my stay and received no reply, so I guess I'll let other potential travelers know the issues we encountered in this forum. First, there was no one at the front desk from about 7pm to 7am. There was a sign on the desk saying this was due to Covid., though how this could be true when there is someone manning the desk during the busiest parts of the day I don't know. Seems more like a cost saving measure to me. And despite signs everywhere saying masks were mandatory, most other guests we came across at all different times during our 9 day stay, were not wearing them. We felt like the hotel was not policing this at all. A bigger issue is that they call themselves a non-smoking hotel, yet it clearly is not. We could tell that our room had been smoked in previously, though it was not a severe odor or we would have left. What the hotel did totally reek of was pot, pretty much every night we were there, the dank aroma of ganja filled our hallway. Like, you could have gotten high off it if you stayed in the hallway and just breathed! Obviously hotel staff never makes a pass through the place or this would have been noticed. The room itself was clean, and beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in lately. A/C worked perfectly, with thermostat turning it on and off as appropriate. It was impossible to make the room really dark for sleeping, with a large gap under the door letting light in from the hall, and numerous LED's in the room. Room had a small fridge and a microwave. Room was quite quiet at night, probably largely due to occupancy being way down due to Covid. Pool, which we were told when reserving was open, was not, again supposedly due to Covid. The only significant room issue was the bathroom. It had a separate sink area, which normally would be nice, but this one was so tiny we really felt cramped using it. The bathtub/shower appeared to be recently retiled in a very mod, textured white tile, but the fixtures were total crap. You could actually pull the tub spout away from the tiling when lifting the water diverter. Water pressure was OK, and no shortage of hot water. We have previously stayed at the BW right next door to this place, and will say we found this place was definitely better, but barely. Hotel is about two blocks from an I-495 exit. There is a grocery store about a mile away, and a big convenience store and three gas stations just a couple blocks away.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel circa 3 volte all'anno per gli ultimi 8 anni. Prima di Covid l'hotel ha offerto ogni giorno pulizia e altre strutture. Durante Covid hanno tagliato indietro come altri hotel. Ora che Covid è oltre la pulizia quotidiana non si verifica nonostante la politica ora postata sul sito web di Hilton che la pulizia quotidiana si verifica. Covid è oltre la gente! E' tempo di tornare alla vita normale. Immagino che dovrò trovare un altro hotel nella zona di Milford.

La stanza sembrava un po’ antiquata, ma era molto pulita. Le strutture aggiuntive come il caffè e l’accesso alla TV erano un plus. Il mio preferito era l’olio di lavanda che si mise a dormire bene, che anche si accorse dopo il viaggio e io tornai a casa. La mia unica grande denuncia è il parcheggio. Devi usare il parcheggio che è sulla stessa proprietà e un po' vicino, ma quando è meno di 20 gradi fuori e hai figli e bagagli per portarlo diventa difficile. Suggerisco un po'di riscaldamento per la strada o per il tunnel per collegare entrambi.
