The property is all inclusive with Linen & towels & can sleep 6 x adults (Double Bunk Bed in Kids room ) or 4 x Adults (2 x Queen Beds ) & up to 4 x children , Beautiful property with lovely outdoor spaces & enclosed decking if required to seek solace from the heat. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with large reserve to kick around a ball or play cricket and also direct entrance into mountain bike and walking tracks through forest. Fantastic in the summer months and also very warm in winter with a log fire. A 10 minute walk through sand hills to Foxton Beach. Sheltered, quiet section with ample room for kids and dogs to run around. Off the kitchen is a sheltered launday/porch area for your pooch to snuggle up at night. An easy 10-minute walk to a large kids playground and skate park, cafe/restaurant. Not much further take a walk/bike ride up the stunning Estuary to enjoy the view and then munch down some good old kiwi fish n chips or pick up some supplies from the local four-square store.Enjoy the evening by the fire, watching telly or with a game of darts or pool in the garage.Base rate per night covers up to 4 guests. Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and barely a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with two single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.Free wifi is available at the Bach. The house is on a rear section. It is sheltered from the wind and gets lots of natural sunlight. It is situated in a very handy location. Ocean Beach Eatery, a great cafe and bar, is located 150 metres along Signal Street. The beach itself can be accessed via a short walk up Trafalgar Street (350m) or via Ocean Beach Street (500m). This is your get-away bach. You can get away from the bustle of your life, your stressful jobs and the noise. It's pretty darn quiet here. And at night the sky is dark so the stars shine. You can also get to experience the extra warmth and sunshine Foxton Beach has to offer. In winter you can snuggle under the colourful quilts, snooze in the comfy beds, and relish the heat from heaters in every room. In summer you can sit out on the veranda (in the shade, and out of the prevailing wind) to watch the world go by. Deck chairs are stored in the garage. Walk to the beach in five minutes or drive in one. It's a fabulous wide beach at low tide for short and long walks; awesome for swimming and boogie boarding when the surf patrol is out; and sliding down sand dunes when the water isn't warm enough for you.A full kitchen so you can cook for yourself if you want, a bread-maker to bake that fresh loaf for the morning, or just walk 50 metres to the Ocean Beach Eatery for whatever you fancy. A garage full of toys for the adults and kids (bikes (two adult, two children - 5/6 years and 7/8 years) and boogie boards, games), and reading books, magazines for young and old to while-away the hours. For infants there is a portacot (and sheets/blankets).Sit out on the verandah to take in the views of the park and swings across the road.
