It is a nice and clean hotel. I booked a king bed room and they gave us twin bed. I told the receptionist and she changed the room. Then I found no refrigerator in our room whereas the room type I paid is deluxe with refrigerator. The receptionist told me all their rooms are not coming with refrigerstor. I showed her the proof of my ooking. Finally she arranged a desk top refrigerator which we aporeciate that. I suggested the hotel to check with the booking agencies to make clear list of amenities for different types of room.

The hotel is nice and clean. I was impressed with their service especially Eva and Eric. Since the hotel is newly opened in 2023, the decor is very nice with contemporaly chinese designs. I also love when the robot delivered the water bottles to our room. I will definitely stay there again.

過去的比較晚，酒店大堂沒有人，看介紹酒店在6樓，坐電梯上去下一跳，正層樓都在裝修的房門都拆了，下樓打電話等了一會才下來人，辦了手續直接去房間，房間在走廊盡頭，感覺窗户不嚴，設施就一般吧，電視沒有信號。

LlwkengThis is a very large hotel and has been established for quite some years, however their room condition has been well kept and clean with modern design.
We stayed at the triple room as we travel with a family. Cleaniless are good and room are quite well equipped with basic room necessity.
A lot of choices for breakfast and location is just next to a shop lot or small mall for your convenient to get things.
This is more like a hotel for functions as they have a lot of halls and others services but still well maintained.

The hotel staff who clean the rooms are very polite, and when I see them in the corridor, they smile and say hello. This is really great! The staff at the front desk are warm, attentive, and polite. The little brother Owen greeted me throughout the process, which is a plus! Plus! Plus! I will definitely consider this hotel again when I go to Foshan next time!see you ！

DDavid Loo CWArrived by railway from Zhuhai on a raining day, had to take a taxi to this hotel, driver have a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it was well hidden and lots of cars parked by to road leading to the hotel main entrance.
Metro is about 15-20 minutes walk from hotel. Location is good, nice fruit shop downstairs and some food easily available nearby. Famous garden is just a short walk round the corner. Takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Pedestrian food street and famous food street Jin Bang.
Room is an apartment with nice bed and bathroom. Water pressure and hot water is good. Washing machine is in the balcony, can dry the cloths after washing, detergent is provided.
TV is also big and air cond is very cold and quiet.
Just need to remember, check in is on the 18th floor, lady working there is super efficient and will add you on WeChat, anything just send her a message and she will help you as soon as possible. Was very efficient during my stay.
Had a trouble with the microwave but was solved immediately the next day, housekeeping is upon request.
Was lucky to have a smoke free room.
Room condition is not new but is average looking without any bad smell or damages, I would rate is good and clean.
Highly recommended for stay with family.
Only little issue is the lift can be very busy and have to wait for quite long during the morning peak hour.
Building looks old but once you go in the apartment it is comfortable and cozy.
Maybe I was lucky to get a nice and clean unit.

PPatrick0707Location-very good as metro station just opposite. 5-10mins walk to Zumiao and Lingnan Tiandi. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby.
Cleanliness- need to make request if prefer to change sheets and need them to clean the mugs,teapot use in room.
Service - excellent service by hotel team, especially Mr. 陈守正，his service is superb,can understand guests needs rights away and provide assistance.
Self-service laundry at 10th floor, Hotel also helps to collect and do laundry for hotel guest.
BUT BEWARE of some UNCIVILISED hotel guests that may STEAL your laundry !!!!!
It happened to me - ROOM 1210 guest stayed on ＜29th Dec 2024＞ from Malaysia, from hotel CCTV, he request hotel to open the machine cleaning our clothes and put in their clothes, and attached their room number on the machine cleaning our laundry.
I considered that is intentional and stealing.
Scary part is hotel will send the laundry follow room number on the sticky note stick on the machine 😓
Luckily i went to collect my laundry earlier than the hotel laundry crew, else our clothes will be GONE !!!

La signora Yuan è una persona molto attiva su GM dell'hotel, e quando ho avuto alcune domande per il personale contro, ha personalmente aiutato il personale a spiegare ulteriormente per assicurarmi che i miei problemi sono stati affrontati. L'ha fatto con rispetto e non ha fatto sentire il suo personale inadeguato, e vedo che il suo personale la rispettava molto.
La signora Yuan, dopo aver saputo che sono un viaggiatore di seggio, mi ha esteso il suo contatto con WeChat, in modo che possa ottenere il suo aiuto in tempo di necessità. Mi ha aiutato quando ero bloccata nell'immigrazione di Foshan, e poi ha organizzato la consegna di una parcella da Foshan a Pechino e poi è stata riportata al mio paese, Singapore.

La reception ha visto che ho preso l'iniziativa di passare a una suite con i miei bambini. La camera era pulita e igienica, il balcone era grande e i bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo.
Dopo aver lasciato il negozio, il cameriere ha scoperto che l'asciugamano da bagno era stato dimenticato e ci ha chiamato immediatamente.

Servizio:
- Quando si registra, il cameriere ha detto che abbiamo prenotato una camera da letto grande per 2 grandi 2 piccoli un po' , e ci ha dato una camera da letto doppia gratuita;
- La stanza è dotata di un po'di paura dell'acqua, e più attento;
- Tutti e due volevamo giocare **. Alla stazione di **  chiedere al cameriere se poteva prendersi cura dei miei due babysitter 4 e 5 anni. Abbiamo finito di giocare ** più tardi  loro. Il cameriere non ha detto la seconda parola  Promesso 🤣🥰
L'unica cosa che dobbiamo migliorare è che i dipendenti del parco non prenderanno l'iniziativa di salutare i turisti, che sarebbe meglio se potessero mostrare un po'di più di benvenuto e entusiasmo.

- I bambini di diverse età hanno anche giochi di movimento.Ma mio figlio ama giocare a giochi di movimento per adulti, ma molti sono 1.2 metri o più per giocare.Non è abbastanza alto.Non c'è modo.Ha giocato a giochi di movimento per adulti in altri paradisi. I requisiti di sicurezza qui sono più elevati;
- Tutti i giocatori, i pannolini, i piscinetti, i barche da crociera, gli zoo, le performance del circo e la neve.Anche se il pannolino è piccolo, i cinque tessuti sono pieni, tutti devono essere giocati.La scala non è uguale alla lunga X-spazza vicino, a diversi livelli, ma tutti fanno bene. Soprattutto il mondo di ghiaccio e neve per ogni venti yuan di entrate può essere fatto di una vera neve e divertente.Non c'è problema giocare a palla di neve.Siamo tornati una settimana dopo l'oro, non ci sono molte persone, e divertirsi.
Ambiente: principalmente decorato con legno di arbusto, ci sono molte piante intorno, e la natura è molto sensata.La gente preferisce.All'inizio, c'è un po'di perdita, e c'è anche qualche difficoltà a trovare un bagno.Ma è stato buono.Per quanto riguarda gli interessi dei bambini, noi, giocare due giorni interi, mi sento bene.
