服務好，停車方便，房間較為老舊不過睡覺來說可以接受，沖涼房空間也夠大，還配有多份一次性洗漱用品，價格很便宜

房間很大很乾凈，電視也很大，住的是很舒服的，前台服務也很好，服務態度是讓我感到最舒服的，除了公寓的位置有一點點偏僻之外，其他都是無可挑剔的，住的很舒服。

We always love to stay in this hotel when we visited our family in Shundei. I noticed that they had refurbished the rooms lately, although it’s not extravagant but made you feel comfortable! We will sure choosing this hotel again in our next visit!

Il mio 2° piano ha un balcone che dà ai fumatori una vista sulla strada che si scontra sotto. L'hotel è sulla strada che cammina che ha molte cose da mangiare. L'unica questione insoddisfacente che ho vissuto è che durante il traffico di picco intorno a Qinghuiyuan, le auto non sono permesse a guidare vicino all'hotel che ha reso inconveniente quando sono arrivato durante un grave crollo.

酒店環境非常乾淨整潔，出行很方便。有停車場，晚上到的比較晚還有出行高峯時期前台工作人員也都特別好的幫我們協調停車。入住有任何需求聯繫前台響應也非常快，一次非常愉快的入住體驗。特別感謝9.15晚值班的前台小姐姐，還有工號019的前台小哥哥，大家放心入住。

La mia ragazza e io abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Il servizio di Front Desk ci ha sorpreso con la sua ospitezza e ci ha dato una grande stanza con una vista sorprendente. Ci ritroveremo certamente di nuovo in questo hotel. 5 stelle ben meritate.

I would said it’s a 4.8 instead of 5, why?! Because the first night I can’t get into the front door. I tried to touch the screen and c how it works, the first step was asking me to verify the face then failed, after over it ask me what room to call, I entered what I lived but still not yet worked. I followed the people getting in, I know that’s not right. So I go to asking the front desk, the night shift girl. To be honest, I don’t like her. Her service is unprofessional and a little upset, I only asked her one question that I can’t open the front door. How to do it, she info me the screen have introduced and teach u how to do it. Excuse me, if I can follow the screen and open it. Why would I waste time to asking u?! Lol, that’s not funny at all. I told her I don’t know how to do it, she showed me an very surprised face and asked me back. What?! U don’t know or u can read those words?! I mean if I can 100% read them of course I can do it myself. I told her No, I can’t read some of the words. She think I am a little crazy and not wanting to help me, she told me to come over and trying the same way I did. But I not sure how the second night still not open I followed people getting in as well. The third night there was no one get in while I was there. I tried to called that number and trying multiple still nothing was worked, I believe she opened it at the last second while I tried again and again but not worked. I just don’t understand why she can’t just teach me and show it in make sure I got it before I leave. She helped another guest when she showed me how to open that front door, that’s unbelievable. Anyway, just let it go. It’s actually not a big deal and doesn’t makes my trip different. I really appreciate the morning shift service, first I can locate the address. On my app it’s nothing showing on building c of what I am entering, only building A B and D. I asked the Dede driver, he told me the same thing. So after over I finds a story that closed to what showed on my booking. It’s work, but I still need to walk about 10 minutes to the entrance. She is showing me a different name that works a lot, also I don’t know how to type that word. She showed it in her phone and let me slow one step by step to do so. Thanks a lot, I am enjoying my stay in.
