we were greeted by friendly receptionists and hotel staff every time we stepped into the hotel. the receptionist who served us during check in was patient in explaining everything we had to know, and even gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room! service was great and hotel was relatively near to the metro station, and attractions such as zumiao and lingnan tiandi. although we needed to navigate through a complex underground path to get there. everything else was good!

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

適逢國慶假期，又是母上大人生辰，來到了白天鵝集團名下的酒店度假，前台的小姐姐熱情招待，還免費升級了采奕江景房，房間內部設施完善，乾淨整潔，還有每天的新鮮水果送到，房間內光線非常舒適，視野開闊，沒有大城市密集的建築羣壓抑感，早上的日出，傍晚的落日都盡收眼底，二樓的中餐廳出品也非常好，價格也親民，如果點了外賣，還有機器人送到房門口，還有泳池、健身房免費使用，傍晚到江邊散散步吹吹風也非常不錯，非常適合一家大小旅遊度假。

Conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from Lingnan World and Liang Yuan gardens. Initially I was only staying a couple of days, ended up staying for a week! The room is newly renovated and bigger than expected and very comfortable. Everything is well stocked, towels, cleaning amenities (even conditioner) and amenity kits, bathrobe, sleepers, etc Wifi you can login if yourself if you have a local number. But if you don't have one like me, a staff can come up to log you in. Only thing I didn't like is the plug next to the bed doesn't work. But the USB one works. They even have a free washer and dryer on the 5th floor guests can use. What made the difference is the staff. Everyone including all front desk staff, cleaners and even the repair man (a small issue with my TV which got fixed really quickly) was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Foshan.

Especially one of your Manager Ms Cerelia which we happen to meet her at the lobby, she greeted us and unconditionally sharing with us the restaurant and surrounding information. It was really great experience and memorable! we definitely will be back again soon.

Not only did she warmly greet me upon arrival, but she also informed me about the hotel's special Christmas dinner. The buffet exceeded all expectations, with an array of delectable dishes and festive decorations. Stephanie and her colleagues attention to detail and genuine care ensured that every guest felt the holiday spirit. Thanks to her and the team, we had a truly memorable Christmas experience at Foshan Intercontinental.
