Buona attitudine al servizio e ambiente confortevole

The room was bigger than I expected. And the price was good. I booked couple of rooms for me and my family and we were all happy with the size and cleanliness of the room. The decorations outside and at the lobby was pretty. Probably because someone was getting married. Would definitely go again.

The receptionist speaks English so I didn't have any problems in communication. The hotel is really big and clean, I like it!

Location it’s nice, not far from center, near metro and bus station

大堂明亮，房間無菸味，就是舊了點 枕頭是軟的，可以延遲退房2點，早餐讚爆吧，驚喜可以選餐，不是自助 到2樓茶樓用餐 ，都是酒樓出品的正點點心

凌晨入住；總體體驗不錯，房間空間大，就中式的早餐樣式不夠豐富，位置便利，中港巴士直通；早茶很熱鬧⋯

地理位置優越，附近有大型商超，去輕軌站也很近，超大的露天停車場，免費停車，服務周到熱心，很和善，大堂大氣，裝修漂亮，如果有預算，更建議住套房，房間更大，衞生間也更大，不錯的！！！

服務熱情，衞生乾淨，房間住的很舒服，喜歡這種房間帶客廳的，户型是有點奇怪的，更適合2個人以上居住，不過我是一家三口，停車場很大呢，免押入住，退房免查房，推薦入住😁

酒店設施老舊，簡直顛覆我對四星的認知。衞生條件差，一股子味。估計也沒消過毒，睡了一晚全家都生病了。病毒感染，肺炎

服務態度非常好，房間整潔乾淨，有大落地窗，窗外是別墅區很安靜，離有名的容邊排骨飯和文華老友記都步行可達。就是附近早餐比較少，衹有一家粥店，還人氣特別旺。幸好酒店還有早茶可以喝，本地人挺多的，出品穩定。
