酒店睡得很舒服。客服有問必答。建議泡湯谷可以早上去人少乾淨。據説是每天都會換，所以早上最乾淨。如果定的是中午房的話，可以上午來泡個澡很舒服。划船的話是60塊一個人。不限時間。雙休來還是很愜意的。雙休人不是很多。

訂的親子房，女兒很喜歡。窗外風景很漂亮，我們入住當天早上11點多就到了，前台看到有房間，馬上安排入住了。因為是農曆新年，入住客人很多，酒店衹有3台電梯，我們住的是18樓，電梯本來分了高層，中低層，還有一個是每層都停的，但電梯不聯動，我們進了一個每層都停的電梯，真的暈了。其餘沒有啥問題，去温泉和其它景點都有擺渡車，當然也可以自己開車，但晚回來，地下停車場和露台停車場幾乎都停滿了，衹能停得比較遠。因為泡温泉超了點時間，到12點半才退房，前台也沒説什麼。另外還有水果贈送，比較貼心。

房間挺大，設施新，住得舒服，陽台視野寬廣，買的包含早晚自助餐的套餐，價格很實惠。自助晚餐非常豐盛，份量足，補貨快，大廳座位很多。温泉環境優美，池子也挺多，過年滿房也不會很擠。

在一棟大型公寓上面，風景特別好，而且房間寬敞，早餐很風富。被褥都是新的。價格包含温泉票，所以適中。但是，還是自駕比較方便。特別是淡季。

家庭出遊，管家很貼心的提前確認出行時間和人數，看到有帶小孩免費升級了家庭親子房，服務很好，家庭房小朋友很喜歡，有一個小型鋼琴 架子鼓和麥克風，設施也很齊全，唯一需要改進的就是隔音效果需要加強，但整體來説還是很不錯
