I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Service is top notch and it was very impressive ( way better than a few other Marriotts I stayed during the same trip). Everyone I met there was polite and helpful.
Next is the room. Decent size with nice city view. Everything in the room is brand new (as this is a hotel that’s newly opened). Really happy with that also!
Free breakfast was fresh, delicious with tons of options. They do have a great chef there!
Lastly, they have a laundry room with washer and dryer that you can use (free of charge). This makes me happy that I don’t need to carry my stinky clothes around.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying again next time. Thank you!

設施：齊全 尤其是洗漱用品相關的，有洗浴八件套呢，前台這邊還有好幾種茶水，有菊花茶和小零食很棒 衞生：房間裏打掃很乾凈 環境：安靜，周邊吃的也多 服務：態度熱情，服務周到， 自助雙人下午茶:可以坐下聊會天 自助深夜一碗麪:很好

酒店位置很優越，交通特別方便，辦理入住的小姐姐很專業，酒店的工作人員服務非常好，熱情貼心奉茶，細心介紹，有問必答，安排的房間非常滿意，房間空間大，很安靜舒適，還有小度智能語音客控，衞生乾淨整潔，洗漱用品齊全，淋浴間乾濕分離，花灑出水很大充足，洗澡很舒服，設施設備齊全，電視機可以投屏很方便，環境的不錯👍，早餐非常豐富，品種多，中西結合，滿足不同人員的口味需求，非常滿意~，酒店四樓還配有洗衣房和健身房呢，真的非常非常好特別方便，體驗感拉滿~~~下次去佛山還住這裏

真的永遠會被細節打動，訂到喜歡的酒店很開心，畢竟住宿也是旅行中很重要的一部分。地理位置很方便，很靠近廣佛地鐵站、千燈湖、廣州南站，酒店附近還有一個大型商場環宇城，應有盡有，房間的洗浴用品都很齊全，乾淨整潔，全屋語音客控，還有mini小冰箱、冰礦泉水，四樓還有洗衣房，洗衣烘乾一體機，工作人員都很熱情，遇到問題可以隨時溝通提供幫助，總之這次的住宿體驗方方面面都很棒，下次來還住！

這個酒店真的很棒，必須實名錶揚前台的客服管家小芳，客服小芳服務意識真的很強，這次遇到的事情小芳的處理方法真的要令我感到很感動，第一次來到佛山，周圍的環境都很陌生。來到酒店辦理好入住之後回到房間，又着急外出辦事，想打車的時候，手機突然黑屏了，試過了幾種方法重啟手機也不行，在感到非常無助的時候，我便想着到前台尋求幫助，我記得當時是客服小芳接待的我，她看到了我的焦灼，問我有什麼她可以幫忙的，我跟她説了事情的經過之後，她馬上熱情就幫我去地圖上搜尋了附近最近的修理手機的店鋪，並用她的手機幫我打好了車，打好車之後，小芳問我大概什麼時候回酒店，如果回來的晚，她還告訴我餐廳有夜宵深夜一碗麪可以吃，然後她還細心地提醒我酒店的各項設施和早餐時間，這一刻，內心感到十分温暖。第二天早上，我去退房的時候又遇到了小芳，她也是超級熱情，主動跟我打招呼，還問我昨晚休息得怎麼樣，還給我拿了2瓶礦泉水帶走，並幫我拿行李送到了門口，臨別時跟我微笑説了再見。我們護加了微信，也是交了個朋友了，此次經歷真的很難忘，這個酒店真的給了我太多的驚喜與感動，值得推薦入住，下次還會再來的。

很棒的酒店，一進大堂辦理入住時酒店客服就微笑端上一杯菊花茶，很有禮貌。餐廳還提供精緻的下午茶和夜宵深夜一碗麪，很有性價比，酒店環境不錯，近商圈，吃喝玩樂都方便。4樓還有24營業的健身房和洗衣房呢，設施很齊全。免費停車場也很棒，停車很方便，下次還會再來的。
